American Eagle Store

I went in for jeans and received amazing help from an employee named Katy. She listened and helped me find a fit, kept tabs on me in the fitting room, then ordered the sizes I needed that were not in store. Really great service!

Makenna was very pleasant and helpful. I was having a bad day and she made the shopping experience a great one . She went above and beyond to help me find a pair of pants she was so sweet and helpful I ended up buying three. Thank you for having such a sweet young lady I will be back again

I called in advance and spoke with Robert about what I was looking for and he was amazing with helping me out in advance and in store so I can get what I was looking for on my lunch break. The customer service from everyone else when I walked in was so great as well. Overall, good vibes and good service all the way around!

I ordered some items in my usual size , but the top looked like I was wearing a nightgown. Went in to exchange the size and hopefully order another similar top. Sadly second top wasn't available anymore...but I still wanted to give y'all 5 stars because y'all's associate, Makenna was great! She was really helpful in getting me taken care of, and had an amazing additude with all my questions and my scatter brain-ness...if thats even a word. I also wanted to give a shout out to Kelly (?) for helping me out with my shipping dilemma (no fault of y'all's) last time I was in. This is coming from someone who has been working retail management for years, and doesn't really leave reviews.... I really appreciated you 2!

I went into American Eagle Outfitters in search for some jeans. Robert, Macy & Zoey were very helpful and I left with a perfect pair! If it wasn’t for the three of them, my experience wouldn’t have been the same. They need a raise!

Everyone in the store was extremely helpful. Makenna assisted me in the dressing room, answered questions, and looked some things up on the website for me. This was probably the best experience I've had at ae. I was impressed with how friendly everyone was, and if it was forced I definitely couldn't tell.

I came here to get a new pair of jeans and the guy was trying to encourage me on getting these skinny jeans. I'm not sure if he was aware of my sexual affiliation but he was determined I wear skinny jeans. At checkout, I purchased regular jeans that look normal. I did not check out with this particular gentleman but noticed that his facial expression was of disdain as I purchased the jeans I had intended on buying. I am sorry, but coming to the store does not necessarily mean that am of a certain sexual orientation.

This store is the best store to shop at in the Richland Mall. First off American Eagle jeans are the best quality jeans! Secondly American Eagle offers sizes that you can get anywhere else in the Mall, woman's sizes 00-24 and men's sizes 26-38, no other store is that inclusive. Everyone there is so helpful, I always feel like I'm shopping with a friend.

Zaynah and Kelly helped me and were so kind! Best costumer experience at American Eagle! Very attentive and professional!

Nathan was incredible!!! He helped my little brother shop, it was my brothers first time in the store and he can’t wait to come back.
