Great customer service!!! They took great care of us!!! Food came out pretty quick. I would recommend you to eat here.

Had the Ruben sandwich and it was excellent. Also had the McAlester club. Definitely be back again.

Love the tortilla soup I ordered the king club n got the tortilla soup in the side very delicious but only had 1 square meat but definitely go back n guess I’ll try soup again see how many pieces I get this time

RaShuan was the manager there and took very good care of me and my family. This was my first experience at this restaurant and it was a extremely pleasant experience. The food was great, the service was great. And the most important was the bathrooms were clean and up kept.. I will definitely be coming back. The bread is delicious. Sandwiches are always good. Iced tea too! They made kids meals affordable if you eat in.

Loved my garden salad w/the scoop of Tuna deliciously made. I just love coming in here to enjoy eating my tuna salads & my co worker her potatoes. 😘

So impressed! We haven’t been to this McAlister’s in over a year because it had gone downhill, and we were always disappointed. However, since RaShaun has been manager, the restaurant is back! Our food was hot, well out together (not sloppy) and plates were wiped! Not only was he welcoming to us, but he could be heard encouraging his staff and telling them what a great job they were doing; which they were! That spoke volumes to us! When you lead with a servant heart, others will follow and attitudes are positive. Thank you so much for the awesome experience. We will be back!

Absolute gem of a staff. Very attentive and pleasant. My salad was excellent, lettuce was fresh and void of those dreaded stems!

RaShaun had this restaurant running like a well oiled machine. The place was packed on a Sunday lunch and he had orders out quickly. One table had the food ready before they got to their table. We ordered table side and it was out in less than 3 minutes. Courtney was excellent as well

I'm a huge fan of this chain but I'm slightly disappointed that this location doesn't have Coke Zero. But, literally, that's my only complaint. Love the New Yorker and the Big Nasty.

I have to give a shout out to the Manager at this Waco Drive location, Travis. Every single time I come and dine in, Travis makes my family and I feel like McAlister’s family. He’s encouraged us to try different things on the menu and takes care of us everytime. If you like the convenience of this location, ask for Travis, one of McAlisters best!

RaShaun is amazing! He makes sure that each customer is provided excellent service! We dine in and eat the pecan strawberry salad and the McAlister's club. It is absolutely wonderful!

We were hesitant because of the reviews, but decided to give it a chance. We were impressed with the quality and quantity of food, everything was fresh and delicious. The staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful. The general manager was checking on customers satisfaction. It was a great overall experience love McAllister's. Further, the place was so clean. Good job.

I stopped here for a quick grab and go. The line looked long but the customer service was fast and efficient! Food came out quick too! Highly recommend if you are out doing errands or grabbing a bite during your break! I want to thank the cashier for making the best sweet peach tea ever! i didnt catch her name but she was very kind and excellent at her job!

The management here is amazing! I sent my order to the wrong place and the manager was very accommodating. I highly recommend!

Fantastic service, even during busy lunch time. The managers were excellent leading their people and talking kindly to them; uplifting too. Food always takes good and observing good service adds to a good experience!

This last visit was for🥤sweet tea for two.The host / cashier asked us if you would like to try Raspberry tea with lemonade. We said yes, it was delicious . Thank you😊

RaShaun showed amazing customer service today. We ordered our food to go because we had to get back to work, and then I ask him about how long the wait was- he went to check the kitchen and went back there and made our order himself. It was ready in less than 3 minutes. We were highly impressed and would definitely be coming back. Thanks RaShaun!
