Love this place. Best fit and comfortable shoes I have ever owned. Prices are exactly the same as large stores or on line. Give them a try for perfect fit and comfort for work / walking/ running. !!!

The staff could not have been more helpful, professional, and friendly! I called to order Brooks Adrenaline running shoes to replace the ones I bought at The Run House in the spring. To my delight, they had a pair in stock and I picked then up later in the day! I highly recommend The Run House for all of your running needs.

They are awesome. We came in close to closing time with our 3 young kids. Not only did they take the time to fit both my wife and I, they then made sure we tried on every option and tested all of them. They also understood the struggle of trying to go anywhere and do anything with 3 little runs getting antsy. Cannot recommend enough and will be back as soon as my new pair is ready for an upgrade.

The team at The Run House were great to work with. We needed shirts for a Special Olympics MA tournament and our normal supplier dropped the ball. The Run House stepped in, got us the shirts in time and were cheaper than online. We cannot thank them enough!!

Amazing experience here! I went in with no experience about running shoes in general, and left with the perfect pair in under 20 minutes! They scan your feet and watch you walk to make sure they are getting you the right fit for you

I had a great experience here. I walked in and was immediately helped. They also were not overly pushy. I was able to try the shoes on myself without someone looking over my shoulder. Unfortunately I cannot remember the name of the sales associate who was helping me but she was great. As a local Podiatrist, I would definitely recommend this store, for any people around the Walpole area. We all need a good pair of sneakers, and this place has it. I am happy with my new Hokas.

My husband and I needed new sneakers badly and we try to support local businesses. The sales people were super helpful and knowledgeable. The technology they use to determine your size, pressure points, etc. was very impressive! We were very pleased with our shopping experience at The Run House!

In today's world where service is so often an afterthought, the team at The Run House delivered pure magic, and nothing less. I needed custom jerseys for a community event on extremely short notice. They responded to my calls immediately, collaborated with my graphic arts team, searched their warehouse for the right sizes, and closed the loop with a top-notch product in my hands ahead of schedule. BOOM!

I brought my college aged daughter to purchase some new running sneakers today so she can begin training again. The team at the Run House took the time to properly fit her and try a few options. Post surgery and getting out of my boot, I couldn’t find gym shoes that would fit. Went into The Run House and they scanned my foot to find the right shoe with mild swelling and a plate insert. Walked out with a great pair that fit both feet- my normal one and my healing one. So excited to be out of the boot after 10 weeks!

I purchased a pair of shoes from them a few weeks ago that I was having issues with. Instead of having me go through the manufacturer, they invited me back in and did an exchange for me, even though the shoes were clearly worn. They really mean their return policy, and I now have shoes I am really happy with! Great business! I will 100% be back!

The staff are incredibly attentive and helpful. You can tell they’re all very passionate about running and will help you find the right shoe with feedback from a computer system that reads pressure information from your regular standing stance.
I purchased a pair of hokas and looked at the price online afterwards - they’re reasonably around MSRP without the hassle of shipping fees or having to wait. They definitely have very reasonable prices on shoes and socks considering the incredible quality.

Went here just to peruse the sneaker selection and walked out with three pairs of great fitting sneakers. The staff are amicable, knowledgeable, and not overly pushy. Measurements were taken via a computerized system and findings were thoroughly explained. How much of the machine is marketing, I'm not sure, but the sneakers fit nice and that's what's important to me. I would definitely deal with these people again!
