Had an issue with my Galaxy watch. Although the young man was unable to fix it, he was very polite and patient with me.

I want to take a second and really talk about how great Tony is! I came in to assist my grandparents who are both hard of hearing. They wanted to transfer their service from Verizon to T-Mobile, and purchase 2 new devices. Tony was exceptionally patient, kind, knowledgeable, and communicated everything clearly. He used terminology that my grandparents could understand while they navigate this new tech world! He made the process seamless, and we are grateful for his dedication to customer service!

Make this your first stop for anything mobile. I've been to the store several times in the last couple years. The Manager (and possibly owner) is fantastic! He's very knowledgeable, and super helpful. He looks for the best deals for his customers and goes the extra mile. I've also seen him handle some more difficult customers with poise and respect.
I have also had the same experience with other employees of the store in past visits.
This is truly a top notch place. You won't be disappointed.

I worked with Mike P, the store manager, and he was great. Efficient, knowledgeable, and just generally seemed like a good dude. Unfortunately, through no fault of his own, Mike was not able to get my number moved over to T-Mobile. Still a great experience and if I get things cleared up with my previous carrier, I’ll be back to work with him again

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Ask for Jake. Went in for two apple watches and Jake went above and beyond throughout the whole process. The next day my wife wanted to switch out her watch for a different model and he was able to swap it out for us without any hassle. Jake truly made the buying process enjoyable. If you have T-Mobile, make this store your "go-to" in Brighton!!!

Mike is amazing! He is very helpful, knowledgeable about his products, & such a hard worker. We had a talk about schedules and he has been working open to close on his own for weeks. Which of course makes for long wait times but he goes above & beyond to help and make sure he's touching base with all customers in store that are waiting. Thanks Mike!

Service was good. I was in and outta there in like 20 mins with a new phone, I needed to add a line for my son. Anthony, who helped me and my wife out, was friendly and helpful.

I used to have Verizon and I saw this t-mobile where I met this girl named Miranda. She said she was the assistant store manager. She crafted the most wonderful solution and a great entry into the holidays. I brought my wife and kids over and we got all new phones and tablets with unlimited. Thank you Miranda for helping us setting up our devices and make sure you only see her for all of your t-mobile needs needs!

I went in today because my job has work perks and Jenna and Mike both had taken care of me with my situation. And my phone that I had was getting spotty service seeing that I was a sprint customer. They both said we can fix that for you and they did with out hesitation. It was great care and customer service at that location today. Thanks a lot for everything ;)

I had the pleasure of working with Dimitrius on some trouble shooting with my phone. He stayed late helping me and went above and beyond making sure my phone was working properly but also set up correct for my business needs! I am so thankful for Dimitrius and his help yesterday at the grand River location next to Dairy queen!

Excellent , excellent customer service from Miranda ! I switched from Sprint to T- Mobile and Miranda made it painless while being thorough, professional and answered my many questions . If the rest of my T- Mobile experiences are as great as with Miranda , I will be thrilled to have made the change to T-Mobile . 5 stars plus⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ on customer service . Extremely knowledgeable staff. There isn't a problem they can't help you with. Switched over 4 lines from Verizon and now I pay a quarter of what I was paying before with the same if not better coverage. These guys are the real deal I will only be going to them from now on!

I came to this store thinking it was Verizon because there was a verizon here before, once i walked in i noticed it was a T-mobile store. I was greeted immediately by the worker. I asked what happened to Verizon, and the man said they are no longer here. He asked me some questions about my existing service I told him I was with verizon and was having an issue with my bill and wanted to know why, he broke down some plans that T-Mobile offered and it made sense for me to to switch knowing that this new tmobile plan offered not only unlimited data and talk and text, but mobile hotspot and international calling for an amazing price. i then mentioned that I was financing my phone, he then mentioned how tmobile will pay for me to switch over. I had my number switched over to tmobile right away and he had me into a new samsung phone right away. This store and T-mobile service has been great to me every since. Thanks for introducing me to something I would have never known about!

Angelo and Mike are great people, I switched 3 lines over from Verizon and made it so easy for me that did everything for me in store, awesome store , I reccomend this store for everyone who is switching, good and honest people.

The guys here are awesome! After not having a phone for a week they helped me get in and out quick even with being busy. Set up my phone and put my case and screen protector on. Wonderful costumer service
