Josef and Johnathan went above and beyond on Christmas Eve to not only Check my old battery but installed a new one for me. They also helped me identify which fluids I needed for my car that had been sitting for over a year.
It’s running great and I will be able to start my new job tomorrow with no worries.
These guys deserve a raise! Great and friendly customer service.

The employees were all very helpful and kind. Brought my car in for a check engine light and felt confident in their advice/recommendations. I would definitely recommend for reading ODB codes and purchasing parts.

I woke up today to a dead battery and had it jump started to go to Auto Zone. I called ahead of time and explained the issue to Amanda. She told me come on in and let’s see if we can help you get that battery changed out. I got there at about 8:15 and from the get go she went over and above to get my old battery out and a new one put in. She never once told me it could not be done and it was apparent her knowledge was vast about cars and about my ford escape.

Jose was also very professional and helpful, both of them working to get the old battery housing cleaned and the new battery properly seated. This was not an easy task taking over three hours to do everything. I offered to buy them lunch but she said “Thank you but not necessary this is our job.”

Well Auto Zone has just made a customer for life thanks to Amanda and Jose. They both were professional, and worked to find a solution to anything that came up and most of all made sure they explained what they were doing and the reason. I really hope that when this review posts that corporate sees it and acknowledges this location and Amanda and Jose! They definitely deserve the recognition!

Had a dead battery today. Come over to this location, Joel, was helpful selling me a new battery, he even went above and beyond and to change a screw from the car battery. The help top notch

With my failing eyes and arthritis Amanda helped me install my wipers. I can’t thank her enough.

Absolute best customer service I’ve had an an AutoZone! Amanda was amazing. She not only helped me find the products I was looking for but gave me information on some project I was working on! She didn’t force up sales or try and get me to buy one product over the other. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in every way. That whole team seemed very happy to be a part of that store!!

Dennis S helped change out my battery over my lunch break and he was awesome. Very polite and efficient!

Older gentlemen behind the counter had a great attitude. I wish I remembered his name he helped me tremendously. Also, the store manager is a great face to see as well. I own a detailing business, so getting this level of customer service is a surprise when going to Autozone. The guy who helped me with the armor all smoke x in my air ducts for my personal vehicle deserves a raise.

I stopped in to get oil and an oil filter and Jim was just the best! He greeted me right when I got in, asked to help me with what I was looking for, and was super friendly. I was out of there in a couple minutes with what I needed and was very satisfied with the expierence.

Great staff! Bought an alternator, found out it wasn’t the issue, came back to return same day, and they returned it no issue! Found out it was the pressure hose and they went above and beyond to check other stores if they had it!

Excellent customer service! Lochlan was amazing. Not only did he help me find a product in my budget he also offered to change it out for me! It was dark and cold so I super appreciated it!

Stellar above and beyond customer service from Joe Sunday evening! He helped test my battery, starter, and alternator and installed a new battery into my car in less than 20 minutes. He also politely answered the many questions I had about it my car and took his time explaining everything to me. Will certainly be coming back to this location!

John D. provided me with all the help I could ask for. Went back to check for a specific bulb multiple times, found the LAST one that was sitting around for me and attempted to even help install it. Great guy who knows his stuff!

Usually my experiences at auto zone are ok. Nothing “spectacular” or “amazing”. Just walk in/ walk out service. This time was different. I came in urgently needing a battery for my car since I need it to be working while my other vehicle is in the shop, this is besides the point.

I come in and was greeted by a friendly gentleman by the name of Dylan. I tell Dylan my situation, explained that I wasn’t trying to break my wallet on a secondary vehicle but needed it to be working and needed a battery. Dylan helps me find the best thing he’s got within my price range. Immediately offers to go out there and replace it for me to ensure that it gets installed correctly, I did it decline.

It was the fact that while he was helping me in my situation, genuinely asked just how everything else was going in my life and anything else I might have needed while I was there. Nothing came to mind but was just glad to have had that small conversation. It does help when things aren’t always going your way. Ensured the battery was installed and working and welcomed me back for any car needs. Just a great experience that can make a customers day. Thank you!
