Picking up a prescription and I’m from out of town. The person waiting on me and the pharmacist were two very nice people! They were very busy but both had smiles and were very pleasant. Please give them recognition, it’s well deserved!

Oh my gosh! So cheerful and helpful! Jenny and Pam were so conscientious and ensured I got the proper vaccines. Love the total experience!!!

I had the pleasure of working with [chayane or cheyenne ] recently and I cannot say enough good things about her. As a customer in need of shipping important documents, she went above and beyond to assist me. Her kindness and patience throughout the process made all the difference, and I felt reassured that my documents were in good hands. She is an exceptional store associate who truly cares about her customers and it shows in the way she conducts herself. Her expertise and willingness to try everything possible to get my shipment out in a timely manner was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend her to anyone in need of outstanding service. This is my Walgreens. I'm an employee here, so I'm biased when I say that I love our staff. I wouldn't be surprised if I'm the friendly cashier mentioned in other reviews. :)
To those who left reviews from more than a year ago, I would like to invite you to come give us another chance. Our staff is the most stable we've ever had since I started working here. :)
Update: I no longer work here but still have good experiences when I do swing by. (Come see me at Michael's Craft Store on Lakeline instead!)

Had to get a covid test done for travel. Was refused at Austin ER... so went to this location. Mike (at the pharmacy) was super nice and super helpful. Even though the online appointments were for the next day, he did all he had to to fit us in immediately on the same day. Just awesome customer service. Thank you and keep it up.

Michael, the pharmacist, is a consummate professional who is highly personable and efficient -- and ensures his staff are likewise customer-oriented. After my extremely negative experience with the Walgreens at 620 and Buck Hollow, I couldn't have been more pleased with the service received at this Walgreens. I will most certainly be returning as needed.

I'm unsure of the womans name who always seems to be my cashier, maybe the photo of the receipt will tell you, she is so kind and we frequently have short chats if there is no one else waiting to checkout.

Been shopping at this WG for years, and I have gotten to know some of the employees over time. It's nice to see friendly faces where you shop. One cashier in particular is always so nice, I always leave with a smile on my face. :-)

Their customer service is great. They even directed to me to a website that I was able to print a coupon to save 2/3 of the price I was paying for my monthly RX. I'm definitely a loyal customer now!

Quick courteous service. I've been going to this particular Walgreens for over five years now, haven't had a bad experience yet.
