CVS Pharmacy

I've been using this CVS for a long time as it's close to my home, and I get the best coverage from my insurance at CVS. The people have always been friendly and helpful. Occasionally there has been some issues with medications not being available, but those are due to nationwide shortages. Calling around to other CVS and Walgreens showed that those prescriptions were hard to fill at the time.

I am always very pleased to be helped by Kaila. She's consistently friendly, smiling, and genuinely committed to providing Great service. Sometimes she's gone out of her way to make sure that my service is excellent. She is definitely an asset to this location and CVS as a whole.

As always, the wait to pick up my prescription was short. The
Person who checked me out was very curteous. I recommend CVS for all prescription needs.

If you have to have a prescription sent to this store by the specialty Pharmacy then you might want to pick another CVS. Twice in the past 3 months (which I get a script sent in once a month). My shipments come with a tracking number so I know when they arrive. they made me take multiple trip there to get a single prescription by telling me it didn't arrive when it actually did. They were just to lazy and incompetent to search for it. then come to find out , it was one of the front store clerks that accepted the shipment (which Is a major rule violation confirmed by the Specialty Pharmacy). No one in pharmacy looked up front they just assume and we all know what Assume really means.

Eh. Not so kind.

Horrible prescription experience

They kept saying the order will be ready in the next couple of hours, every single day. I checked I have the right number in their system, but never got a message the prescription is ready.

After going to the store directly, the prescription we ready but couldn’t be found.

The vaccination appointment system is closed on its website. I walked into another store, and they sent me to this address, saying they'd help me. Even though they were still in their busyness hours, they refused to give this service to me. So, CVS, what is your solution? Your system is closed, and your workers reject the customers? Isn't it a false advertisement? You should declare that you don't provide vaccination services instead of making people drive between your useless centers.

Pharmacy here is dysfunctional, rude and doesn't care about what they need to do. CVS is bad but this location takes the cake. Avoid at all costs. Aetna has made it worse. This is healthcare at its worst.

Worst minute clinic! Don’t come to this location, the woman at the clinic is rude and unwilling to provide care. Came for a vaccine, waited for an hour and still didn’t get the vaccine (even though I made appointment in advance). These people are the worst, just kept me waiting.
The stuff at the pharmacy are also inconsiderate and mean, I will never come back to this location

Manager is very rude, did not let another employee give me my medication as I reached there just before the closing time.

Wait times are absolutely ridiculous!!!!

Walked 2 miles to find out pharmacy closes earlier than main store, but indication of such in there hours posted on Google. Annoyed
