Jonathan & Josh definitely went above and beyond to help me today!! Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable… have now switched from being an o’reilys customer to an Advance because of them!!

Mrs. Cynthia is the absolute best. Extremely knowledgeable and more than willing to go out of her way to make sure I’m getting the right part. I haven’t always used Advanced Auto parts but now it’s the only store I’ll go to.

Reputable and quality car parts- frequent a lot to get parts for my car maintenance. Staff are extremely helpful in determining what part are needed. They even have tools you can rent to work on your car (for a refundable deposit) and bring back. I have purchased brake pads, rotors, batteries, below zero windshield fluid, wipers, oil filters, air filters, you name it! Thank you Advance Auto Parts!

Called to confirm part was in stock. The young lady on the phone was very helpful and actually offered to "go put her eyes on the part" to make sure they had it.
They had the parts ready when I arrived 20 minutes later.
Couldn't ask for more.

Had a battery replaced this morning. Walked right in. Young lady did an amazing job with our hard to reach battery and did a perfect install. Super polite and friendly. In and out 30 mins later. Excellent!

Had issues with return since I used online gift card. Explained my situation and how my car was already taken apart and couldn’t wait a few hours to process the return. John was great even though I was clearly upset.

They have the flattest and cleanest parking lots! Great for getting work done.

Had a great experience at the 620 location. Needed a battery installed on a Saturday evening, however, the store did not have a calibration device available for my BMW. Joseph, found the device at another store and retrieved the tool. Installed the battery in my car and calibrated the system. Thanks Joseph for going above and beyond!

Recently visited the 620 location in Austin Texas. My visit started a little shaky as the girl I first spoke with wasn’t sure if they could install my battery. I recently had back surgery and was unable to do my normal diy approach. Just as the girl was about to tell me that they couldn’t do it, Joseph stepped in and saved the day. He took a peak at my truck and said he could install it. He was very polite, made quick work of a slightly complicated battery install. Hang onto him, he is an asset to your company.

I went in today to purchase a new bulb for one of my headlights today. The gentleman named Brazos that works there provided superb service! He removed my old bulb and installed my new one for me. It only took him a matter of minutes. I highly recommend this location! Quick and easy!

An excellent place to shop it'll have all the parts you need to fix your car and all the tools to get started. I had an easy and pleasant experience getting my break lights fixed. Also Mr.Ryan was excellent he helped me turn a otherwise expensive and frustrating task Into a smooth and affordable fix.

Great customer service. I took a car battery here that the store down the street said was bad which I thought was weird since it was not that old. They tested it correctly and it passed. When a battery on another vehicle I had actually started going bad they didn't hassle me about what location I bought it from and just swapped it out with a brand new one even though it was at end of warranty. This place always helps with getting the correct parts and doesn't try to sell you stuff you that don't need.

I walked inside and immediately I was acknowledged and addressed! I didn't even have to look around for my own items, the clerk asked me how could he help me and then he proceeded to find everything that I came in there for! I could go on and on with their level of quality service! Thanks guys, I was tired from working all day and was pleasantly surprised at how well that I was handled .

People were nice, and helpful. Parts were ready ahead of time, and everything went smoothly.
Only complaint was Google maps drove me around in circles. I finally had to just look for the place the old fashioned way, what's the address, and then look for the business sign.

Went in to get our engine light code. Extremely nice and helpful people. Even did some googling for us to see what could be up. Felt very comfortable in a place I usually don't. Definitely recommend.

Had a battery issue, my truck has 2 and wasn’t sure which one was bad. The guy at the counter came out and tested both batteries which was a pain since you had to disconnected one to test the other. He took the time to test and clean the connections on both batteries. Found the bad battery and changed it out for me as well. These guys are always busy but also provide great customer service and support.

I went in to have my car battery tested. They tested my battery and told me that it was fine and asked me to charge it fully before using it. They also jump started my car for me. Very helpful sales associates, I highly recommend
