Awesome super friendly help from the staff. I feel terrible for being so awful at remembering names because I wanted to give a personal shout out to the two who helped me get a super corroded terminal clamp off my girlfriend's battery free of charge. I've always gotten all my tools and parts from O'Reilly and so long as the service at all of them remains as good as it's been, I'll keep coming back.

These guys always go above and beyond to help me out. I had to go there twice today for parts and tools. James and Rob were super helpful, as always. This is my new favorite auto parts store. 10/10 highly recommend.

I just had to share my experience with this location someone by the name of James very courteous and helpful. I forgot my iPhone in the store and he brought it to me before I left. He also help me put a battery in my key fob and made a suggestion that got my air conditioning working again!!! Thank you so much James your hard work and dedication to customer experience shouldn’t go unnoticed I appreciate you sir!

Had a great experience with one of their employees replacing my battery, windshield wipers, and rearview mirror. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I didn't feel like they were trying to wring me for everything I had while purchasing from them. I worked with Jeremy specifically (at least I think that was his name)

The young man went above and beyond in assisting me tonight when I need a headlight bulb.

James was very helpful. I was stranded in the parking lot due to a brake line failure and of course it was a 1000 degrees outside. James kept checking on me and offered me water several times. Definitely will be doing all my business at this location moving forward.

Came in to purchase some cleaning solution after spilling 3 cups of coffee in my car. James was so kind and helped me clean the interior of my car which was a mess. My faith in humanity is restored, can’t thank you enough!

I mean... It's an auto parts store right?
Wrong. I needed some electrical cleaner. They were out. Person went to the shelf, checked, looked behind stock, went to the computer, ordered for me for the next morning. Perfect, but fairly normal.
Now, next day I go back to get said cleaner. I also needed an o-ring. Ronny scours his back stock for an odd size, goes through the oil filters as those are roughly the same size, and ended up leading me to a "generic" package and made sure it would work. That, and he was genuinely customer service centric, glad to help kind of attitude.
Lots of auto parts store, but I'll be coming here first from now on. Great crew on multiple shifts makes the difference when I have a project.

No overselling - no mainsplaining - pure saints.

They will ensure you have the right products for the right areas of your car. They will NOT sell you on a product you do jot need. They have experts who have worked on cars for years and know what you need. I have no doubts my car and parts needs are in great hands with this store. James was great. 12/10!

So happy to have this store around, theres not many options close to the 4 Points/ River Place area for auto parts so these are my people! Fast online ordering for in-store pickup, and very friendly service, especially for an auto parts store. Not a trace of the "do you know what you're doing?" attitude so common in parts stores I've been in (not that I always know what I'm doing). Thank you guys!

Great customer service! I didn't catch his name but he had a ponytail. This man was a lifesaver! I had an issue with my vehicle and he helped me tremendously. Very happy with this O'Reilly's.

I bought a batterry at the store the other day service was great. But the reason I'm leaving a review is because Manuel Escarzega and James Barbosa went out of their way to help me out last night. 3/4/2020. It was raining outside and my kids with me, I stopped in to buy a tire iron and my car wouldn't start back up. They came out tinkered with it went above and beyond to get it started even buy my kids some corn dogs cuz it was around dinner time. Outstanding customer service they made a customer for life. I could go on and on about how hopeful they were. Outstanding customer service. I will only go there now if possible for all my autopart needs.

Got a battery check, and installation. Friendly employees. Laid back fun guys. Very helpful.

It's great good service if. If y'all order some parts and y'all go to pick them up them help you to get the parts into your car it's not like at Austin that you order parts and they don't help you to get the parts into the car.

Excellent customer service provided by Jeremy, he helped me to replace my car key batteries, was very courteous, would love to go to this place again.
