Went in for a drink and to load my Chime card and ended up leaving with a few extra items I didn't plan on getting. The employees were very helpful and friendly. It was a well laid out store.

People who make rude reviews on this never speak the truth especially that lady who said an employee yelled at her..if your going to load your cash app card then you should know how to do it..don't blame the employees for your stupidity

I have always loved Bartells. They have been my 1-stop shop for Christmas candy for decades. Their $5 Almond Roca is famous, in my mind. They have such a wide assortment of foods and other goods, it is amazing. Their pharmacy is fast and efficient.

The service at the Pharmacy on 2345 Rainier Ave. has even gotten better!!!! Love ALL the ASSOCIATES with the Pharmacy!!!! The service is always EXCELLENT!!!!!! 😀😀😀

I showed up close to closing because I had a bunch of issues getting the right vaccine at the Walgreens earlier in the evening and needed the vaccine tonight.
I finally just came to Bartells and she made sure I was taken care of even though it was late.

I mainly went here to have my prescription fulfilled and was blown away by how friendly and professional the pharmaceutical team is. I also love how random the products in the store is. sometimes you find some really good price on common everyday items. The variety of categories of products always catch me by surprise.

This store is always so clean, with fully stocked shelves and all items neatly placed. Some drugstores can be pretty chaotic, but Bartell Drugs is always so tidy. I also like that the shelves are about 5ft tall instead of 8ft or whatever like some drugstores, so you can always catch a glimpse over to the next aisles to have an easier time finding what you're looking for. The staff in the store are very friendly and helpful, as is the pharmacy crew.

We have been going to Bartells on Rainer for 7+ years. They have some senior staff that really know us well and know that we have complex medication treatments. New staff always seems to overlook basic information or script specifications and dates that delay or even screw up prescription fills.
Derek is awesome and so is the other supervisor, she too really know all the clients and during times of frustration and confusion easily fix a problem.
I wouldn’t go anywhere else, I always get my medication 15/20 minutes after drop off, if it’s called in by my doctor I just call in advance to double check that it’s done before I get there. No problems. You get text messages when your scripts are done too!

Long lines for Pick up for prescriptions, usually only one clerk available to ring up prescriptions. Otherwise fast and friendly.

I would like to pause and say the evening crew deserve my respect. There is a real drug problem in this neighborhood and I’d like to turn the cheek but I can’t when I have seen 5 shoplifting moments out of the 6 trips. All at night because I work during the day. That crew confronts the suspects every time, literally put themselves in harms way to protect their employer when they could just not care. 5-10 minutes later police comes but too late. Whatever they make to be loyal like that in any profession are going above and beyond.

Big time glitches in the pharmacy. But I have been shopping here for years and know some of the staff. Great place to look for local products! Always friendly and one of the few stores that allow customers to use the bathroom! For me... that is a win win!

I like the service at this pharmacy and it’s often not too busy. They are also good with opening an extra line at the checkout if there’s a line forming. I also like how neat they keep the store. Unlike other shops in the area this store seems to maintain their cleanliness which I appreciate. Nice work!

As a non-Seattle native, I'm new to Bartell Drugs. Frankly, I miss having a CVS on every corner. Don't judge me. Pleasantly surprised by this little gem down the road from our home. They have a lot of things and I try to stop in every now and then. I still have love for CVS, so when I need my fix I drive all the way to Bellevue, but if I just need something quick I love having this right down the street.

This is one of the better pharmacies in Seattle I have not seen one this well staffed since the late nineties. Fast service and they answer when doctor's call I cannot ask for more.

I get my prescription filled here, so I frequent this location. I've always had really helpful and friendly pharmacists, and checkout employees. While it may not be the biggest Bartells, I usually find what I need, and I always love their products/selection.

Bartell's on Rainier has been friendly and helpful and has always had my prescription ready when it's supposed to be. The store is clean and well organized with easy parking.

This is a clean, well-stocked, and well-staffed drug store. There are always good specials. The staff is especially friendly and helpful.

Same as always, Bartell Drugs is just like a general store, but super updated over the years.
