I came in for my immunizations (flu and Td shots). Pharmacist Trisna took care of me kindly and attentively. She went above and beyond by answering my questions and also giving me some helpful advices after getting shots. Thank you so much for your help.

I went up to the cashier lady a small Asian woman who had a mask on her face. She seemed terse and I began to think that she was having a bad day and I was going to have to do my best to bear it. But she was the best and a trooper all the way. She wà caring but forthcoming in helping me as I was having a time getting my pin number in the pos correctly. Thank you for that. It's a boost to my slow morning.

Safeway is my favorite store to shop. It's very easy to find anything you want because each isle has a poster at the top saying what there is. The products do not change place, so o can run through the store and get my weekly stuff easily.
They have cashiers open and when they get full, they open another one.They hardly ever have long lines.
And there is always the option for self checkout. I personally don't like it because I always make mistakes. But there is always staff there to help with mess ups.
The staff are so friendly. It's fun to chat with them at the checkout. They have security at the front. I feel very safe there.

I went near closing because I needed some things for somebody sick at home. The staff working that close to closing was incredibly helpful. Even going out of their way to get items I needed from the back that were being prepared to stock the shelves after closing. I applaud the people who hired these men who were working because they are exactly the kind of customer focused employees store needs.

The most amazing employees were here on Thanksgiving 2021 - especially the Security Guard in front of the store :)

Safeway is an awesome place to shop. Everyone that works there are extra friendly and helpful.

The people at the pharmacy are SO nice! I came into town having forgotten to fill my prescription in my hometown, and they managed to call my regular pharmacy and get my pills before I ran out. I know they're super busy but they were very friendly and courteous about it.

Overall they've improved this store significantly over the last couple of years. I go there mainly for the Kosher meat and products which they have a nice selection of. But you can find anything you need there, including a pharmacy.

Not a bad location, I love their deals on meat, especially when they have the buy one get one free deals.

One of the nicest safeway they have. Clean environment. Produce and products are always fresh and nice. Always stock. Good customer service. Has a do it your self check out (which I love). All the options in the store are put together well. Has a Starbucks inside. The dining area is nice with a fireplace.

My favorite Safeway store. The employees are so very accommodating. The shelves are well cared for. The produce is beautiful.
It's a small store which is nice for those who don't want a marathon shopping experience. Still, you will find everything you'll need and more.

Best Safeway branch in Seattle. All Safeways are +/- the same in prices, promotions and layouts, yet this one is different to all others. The level of customer service and willingness to listen, understand and help you it's always above all expectations. I am a happy customer and I'm pleased every time I go through the cash registers, because there is always a smile from the staff, if I have a question the customer service team is always there to help. It's a great team, and you can tell local management is making a difference by setting a good example of professionalism and leadership. Thank you,

I came for produce! And I was very pleased with the selection. Conventional, organic, Asian, herbs, etc.

I used my Fresh Bucks card for my first time. The cashier was so kind and helpful!

I have been a SafeWay shopper for many decades, and this store is my first go-to for many items. The staff is very helpful, the deli has made me a few quick meals for days on the run. They have quality superbrands. And I use their gas pumps almost exclusively. Great location.

I still love Safeway n all there staff is friendly! However since they remodeled the store so they can do more home deliveries they have had to downsize and take a lot of their selection of their products away and many of the items that I did buy there they no longer stock and so now I have to shop elsewhere for the products they no longer carry and plus it cost me more money having to shop elsewhere. Safeway is still the best grocery store for their prices, weekly sale ads and they're just for you loyalty program when it comes to saving money and when you really have to stick to a budget when you live inside the Seattle City limits.

My phone was out of battery today (October 16, 2020), and guest services called a cab company for me. The cab did not arrive, so after waiting half an hour, I went to T Mobile and bought a battery pack so I could charge my phone and get a Lyft. (Please see my positive review of Rainier T Mobile). But of course that was not the store’s fault, and it was very generous of them to call for me! Self-service checkout very helpful too!

The customer service I received from this store was exceptional.

I missed a grocery delivery due to my own mistake and they went above and beyond by redelivering it through DoorDash within the hour.
