I bought a suitcase from this brand a few years ago, it's great, it's the best, but now one of its zippers is missing and I can't lock it. I'm very sad, and because I live in Iran and we're embargoed, there's no way to buy spare parts of this beloved brand.

I bought a Tumi carry-on there today, and going into the experience, I had no idea what factors I should have been considering in a carry-on bag. The team was incredibly knowledgeable, willing to work with me on price, and very friendly. My next piece of luggage will definitely come from Ambassador as the level of service is definitely worth coming back for. I really commend their staff for knowing the intricacies of their products so well.

I was heading away and needed a Carry On bag, urgently. Sube was absolutely fantastic! I found the bag I wanted from his store online. He was quick to respond and even dropped it off at my house in Brooklyn free of charge! Thats not to mention how incredibly affordable his products are.

I recently got my my backpack from this store and must admit that I absolutely love it! It’s a great multi-use backpack that I can use daily for work and for my weekend commute around the city. This store has high quality products, a variety of brand names and color choices, exceptional service, and is conveniently located! I am extremely satisfied with my experience and would definitely recommend to family and friends!

Very good people here at Ambassador Luggage. I live about an hour a way and needed my luggage tags to be stamped with my initials. Usually this takes about a day but they accommodated me for on site. They even stamp both sides for the price of one side. Will be a returning customer for my luggage needs! Highly recommend if you need quality luggage for a great price.

I don’t usually travel for work, so I don’t own any carry-on for my laptop and other electronics. A last-minute trip to the client site for a prolonged period, required me to bring a work computer and other equipment with me on my flight and then back and forth from the client site to my hotel. I gave Ambassador Luggage Store a go based on their yelp and google reviews and I must say I’m glad I did. The manager Sube explained to me the features of the Briggs and Riley @ Work Expandable Brief and how it perfectly fit my needs. Immediately I whipped out my credit card and made the purchase. The whole experience was very pleasant, I highly recommend you buy your luggage here.

The location is very convenient since I work nearby. I stopped in one day to inquire about wallets and backpacks, and I ended up buying both. The prices are really good and the materials all seem to be of high quality. The staff was very kind and friendly.

Great selection of luggage. A little pricey but first class quality. This place is for the sophisticated traveler. The salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable.

Living in NYC, I pass Ambassador Luggage frequently. They always have a ton of inventory displayed in the window, but I was happy with my Swiss Army rolling bag I got 10 years ago. I travel at least 3 times a month (Delta Platinum in less than a quarter), so when my trusted bag lost a wheel, I had the chance to go into the the Madison ave shop and check it out.

I was helped by a man named Sube, he was very knowledgable about the different brands and sensitive to my storage needs and travel style. Sure, he knew I was probably going to check Amazon for the best price, but he was patient and showed me multiple bags explaining the different features.

Ultimately, I purchased a new roller bag from him. I liked him, his shop and wanted to support a local business. It didn't hurt that he mentioned that anytime I had a repair, he would facilitate the work order and I could just drop the bag off.

Great backpack selection for business and my daily commute. Needed the right shape, size and weight. They had everything in many different brands. Highly recommend if you work around the area. Easy walk from Theatre district. 👍🏻

Ambassador has great collections of all kinds of bags in all brands. I was looking for specifically Tumi, Rimova and Brigg. Sube was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and helped me in deciding which bag would be great for work and personal use. Great store and service and very conveniently located, will do business again and highly recommend it.

Excellent experience. Saeed stayed with me for 30 minute explaining the nuances between brands and based on the needs of my trip. Highly recommended for a high touch, in person experience. And so close to many travel hubs. Well worth it if looking for a non online experience.

I could not be happier. I bought a rolling Royce Leather legal briefcase last week and I am thrilled with the purchase. The salesperson took a lot of time and sustained a lot of patience despite my plethora of questions. It was rare to see someone be so kind and willing to help instead of rushing just to make the sale. I will definitely buy Royce Leather and will buy from Ambassador luggage specifically again.

Best backpack assortment in New York City. Had a really hard time finding out sizes of all the bags I wanted online. Took me 10 minutes to find the bag of my choice and at a reasonable price. Hint: Briggs-Riley is same quality of Tumi at half the price. Terry was able to help me with the sale :)

Great selection, competitive prices, knowledgeable sales people and great location. They carry all premium brands like Briggs & Riley, Tumi and Swiss Army as well as accessory brands like Bosca.

They know exactly what they have in stock and how long something will take to get in store. (This was great for me as I needed luggage that day)

I was in need of a rolling duffle and garment bag and knew I wanted Briggs & Riley. A quick Google search showed them as the top rated place in NYC. When I went in to the Madison store, I was greeted promptly and the sales person inquired about what my needs were. He was helpful, and not pushy at all.

He showed me a number of designs and sizes and was patient as we narrowed down the selection over a 45 minute period. The sales person was very knowledgeable and told me all about the features of the bags and mentioned that the B&R website also had videos to watch on functionality as well.
