Amazon Go

Lewis was amazing! I wasn’t quite sure how to make a return or even how to get into the store. The technology is sometimes too much. But he made the process seamless and I’m super happy that I came to this location. He did a great job! Took less than 5 minutes from the time I entered the store.

My first visit to Amazon go .. very interesting smart store … I just went to my Amazon app created a in store code and walked around a small convenient store .. a unique experience in NY (East 42nd & Lexington)

Staff was extremly nice and understanding everyones confusion on how to get into the store. I visited the city from NJ and had to go to an amazon go store. It was super wierd just walking out but worth it. This one is just a tiny convinience store so some hot sandwiches, snacks, drinks, soda, ETC. Highly reccomend for anyone in the area just to experience it.

Incredibly convenient, simply walk in with your Amazon Go app (or with your Amazon app), grab what you need and "Go". The technology works amazingly well! No check out counter, nothing — just grab and go.

Awesome experience. Just scan you code, walk in, grab-and-go. Very convenient. No wasting time in line or scanning. It’s really practical. I’m definitely coming back.

Nice place, got a few seatings area to eat and drink. It is located just across Bryant Park. You only need to open your amazon app and click in-store code below the search bar. Scan it to enter and you’re good to go. I alway get a cup of coffee and donuts (krispy kreme) before going to class.

I never see professional, or a nice stuff like the one here an Amazon go you should be visit I’m giving five stars

Have loved Amazon Go stores since I first encountered one in San Francisco. So glad they're here in NYC and wish there were some in Queens in my neighborhood!

Good selections of drinks, food and beer. There is a microwave for reheating and also an Amazon locker.

The staff is friendly and helpful, regardless if it's your first time or repeat customer.

It is right across from the park and there are areas where you can sit and get beamed in the face by the sun. Nice.

I enjoyed Amazon Go store lots of unique products and it is a fun place to go and use there wifi. I also loved sitting in the seating area and relaxing there for a hour. Amazon Go has salad, nuts, sandwiches, chips, candy, juices, Starbucks coffee, donuts, popcorn, toilet paper and so many other things.

Shelves aren’t super stocked and their inventory is limited. However, this is a great spot to run in and out to grab a quick lunch. There’s never a lot of people in at once and the food is quite tasty. Would recommend if you just need to grab something quick.

The experience is quite surreal. You just scan a code on your phone to walk in. Grab what you want from the shelves. Then just walk out.
Anyway, they have a decent selection of snacks, drinks, and hot/cold foods. Not a bad choice for a quick bite.

Finally visited this place today to make an Amazon return and besides acting like a rookie by not knowing how to scan myself in to let the doors open, the place is great. Lots of options and the prices seemed lower than most NYC spots (especially in midtown). Very clean and organized, and the two people working there were extremely pleasant. Amazon pushes the boundary again.

I was very impressed with the selection of items and the folks working there were very helpful!

Great shopping experience! Everything is well organized and clean. It's funny to buy something like you spend no money because there is no need to check out. I can't believe this technology does work.

walk in walk out. it's that simple. need the app to get in. and then when you are done you walk out and they email you the recipe

First time returning Amazon purchase via Amazon Go location. Got there around Noon, Woman there was SOOOO helpful and kind. She made the experience really easy and more convenient than I imagined. So grateful she was there!
