This place is so awesome! Wide and good variety of clothes and items. They are also cheap and good if you are on a budget :). Also; the staff were really nice and it was cool to look at all the sparkly things in here too.

I don't go to this location often but the day I did visit, Marc and Mary really went above and beyond. Marc provided a very personalized shopping experience and while I continued on another floor, Mary checked in to make sure I had everything I needed. A++ for customer service.

Great store! Very clean and has multiple floors to cater for men and women and home goods.

Just wanted to come here and leave a review for an employee who went out of his way to help me find exactly what I was looking for. His name was Bryan I believe but didn’t get his last name but was very tall and glasses with a bright personality and he made me feel welcome and made the shopping experience one I’ll never forget. I love H&M and have been to many but never have gotten the wonderful customer service like I did today.

This store is huge and has great selections. It has just about everything in this store that they have on line. They also have really great clearance selections

The store has everything you need to create a beautiful and comfortable home, from furniture and rugs to bedding and towels. H&M Home also has a great selection of seasonal items, so you can always find something to update your home décor.

I recently visited the H&M Home store in Manhattan and was impressed with the selection of home décor items. I found a beautiful rug, a cozy throw blanket, and a set of stylish dining chairs. The prices were very reasonable, and the quality of the items was excellent. I would definitely recommend H&M Home to anyone looking for stylish and affordable home décor.

Three stories of shopping. I actually found a cool bathing suit and a few dresses. Busy place and it was kept neat and clean with all the customers they had.

Kids needed nice clothes for an event the same day... H&M had a lot of selection and I very nice and accommodating dressing room staff.

Multiple levels with great prices on each floor.

We walked by on Sunday and one of the h&m team members at the entrance said they serve free coffee (all sorts of), hot chocolate, tea, and croissants for all guests as “it is the only way to browse /shop”. Their coffee and desert were better than we had at Hermes 😅 the service was great and very friendly and welcoming, we highly recommend this place

Love this H&M. Very neat n put together. Most size are available in the store. The staff are friendly, helpful and made my shopping experience good. I found most of the items I came for. Two of the item were on sale online but not in the store and the sales associate made adjustments so I could get the sale price. Great customer service. Will definitely return to this store again.

The name is deceiving, there are four levels of clothes and one of home goods (not that I'm complaining!). The layout is very fun, although the escalators get a bit tiring. I loved being able to see over all the levels onto the main one.

The best H&M store in NY!

Very nice staff, things are a bit misplaced and some things that weren't supposed to be in clearance that where full price. Other than the misunderstanding of misplaced products. It's a beautiful store with good variety and a great bargain for city prices.

This store came in clutch for me. Had the size in the item I was looking for and the sales associate that rung me up was super helpful. Social distancing rules were enforced, and the store is well kept. Who doesn’t love fun & safe shopping?

Did a huge chunk of school shopping for my kids at the Times Square location. They have like 8 floors. Not only did I find some good deals on clothing but the home section was really nice too.

Great prices and a lor of clothes

Probably one of the nicest H&M stores in the city. It's huge and somehow they manage to keep everything in stock super neat. The store is clean and bright. They have multiple floors with an elevator and escalator. The men's section has it's own floor which is nice because they're usually the smallest part of the store. I'd say it's worth a visit.

They have a bunch of modern, chic, cute, sexy, professional styles that go with any occasion. The prices are mid range and the staff are helpful and very professional. The only complaint I have, is that they discontinued the lingerie and makeup lines which puts a real dent in their sales and customer satisfaction. I was able to find makeup brushes.
