purchase. Had a great experience because of him and the apple representative there who guided me to Rubin.

Best Buy is one of the Best store for electronic gadget.
The store is very well stocked, the associates are readily available yet not overbearing, and all on-display goods seem to be well tended to and maintained in order.
The staffs are friendly and accommodating. They are selling almost all types of electronic. Like Radio, Laptop, TV, camera, phones, games, bulb, fan, DVD, etc.
I recommend this place 💕

The Best Buy store on 5th Avenue is wonderful, offering a wide array of high-quality products. However, the staff members fall short in terms of efficiency and friendliness. Despite the excellent product selection, the shopping experience could be enhanced with more attentive and skilled customer service.

This review is for Marcos. I had so many questions and concerns about which phone to buy. Originally I was going to buy one of older iPhone models but after talking with Marcos he helped me realize the newest one was the best for what I wanted to do. He was kind, patient, and knowledgeable. He was also funny and made my purchase experience fun and exciting. I am so happy with my purchase and would definitely come back to this location because of him. Thank you Marcos!!!

Helpful staff as always, wasn’t able to find what I was looking for but the staff let me know quickly and this way I did not waste my time!

Had to make a quick pit stop because I forgot my power bank. The store was a bit busy but the staff was friendly and helpful. It's smaller than the Best Buys I'm used to but they had a lot of variety and surprisingly a good chunk of discounted/ open-box items.

I just want to let you know that today I received one of the best customer service attention I have ever received. This happened in the Best Buy store at Fifth Avenue in NYC. Nyla was more than helpful with me and she exceeded my expectations when she looked for the solution of my concern in the web. Thank you Nyla and thank you Best Buy for having employees willing to go farther in order to have completely satisfied customers.

Friendly staff besides their Asset Protection/ Loss Prevention team who were just running their mouth and ignoring any customers who needed a blue shirt.

Seems like there is a different selection compared to PA, NJ, DE. Stores, Atleast on most items, Especially Open box sales. Prices slightly cheaper on some items too. And an amazing selection of open box items.

Never caught the one young guys name but I appreciate him allowing me computer access to check my hours on TLC worked from an out of state location! Atleast got to see how I got screwed by the company for my 1.5 time on Christmas Eve.

OVERALL I prefer this location over any local to me in Pennsylvania

I’m super impressed - it took me five minutes to get in & have an associate get me a duplicate receipt for a phone I bought two years ago (insurance).

I wish I remembered her name (Leslie?!?) but she was kind, fast & professional. In and out with a smile.

The guy working the television section is very nice and helpful. And the cop that works at this location is awesome. Very very nice guy, super helpful.

I was waiting for the survey email, but I haven't received it.
My salesperson Denise was exceptional.
She made my day when I went to pick up my order even though it was after 7pm.
I am very satisfied that I picked this location. I definitely will go back.
