Since the moment I walked in a young man by the name of Jonathan gave me exceptionally service. He was extremely helpful throughout the whole process and helped me find the perfect phone for me.

Tiffany did a wonderful job at helping upgrade my phone. It was quick and easy! Highly recommend!

Salesman was very nice. I called during the week and that night I was told purple and black were available in iPhone 14 pro max. At last minute only black was available.

Friendly customer service

First store I went to (Waukee on Hickman) closed the doors at 7 PM as I was reaching for the door handle even though their hours on the door said they close at 8. Came to this store because this page says you're open until 8. I show up at 7:25 to find out your door hours say you close at 7. So, now I can't pay my bill and my service will be suspended. Much appreciated to both stores. Do better.

First, it took almost 45 minutes to pick up my phone with the clerk and received very unclear directions on how I have to return my old phone and send it back in. Very quiet and awkward encounter. Secondly I couldn't get my service to work and I had to go back to two stores to have my service fixed/connected. The first store was closer to my house and couldn't help me cause they were independent from the store I got my phone from. Had to drive across town to get to the original store I picked my phone up from. After telling clerk what happened I had to sit there and wait for another half hour cause he couldn't figure out what he needed to do and had to call the store manager twice. It turned out that when I went to pick my phone up originally they didn't set up the right SIM card for my phone and I didn't have service for around 4 to 5 hours cause of their error. I didn't receive or even get offered any apology or anything for all my trouble.
