It's always Hit and Miss with Walmart. Store 5276 was a Hit friendly Department Staff and Front checkouts. Only 1 bad apple at the service desk (hates their job), but that wasn't going to ruin my day. A- Brandon, your associates were great!

Picked up a couple of items I ordered online. Very smooth experience. Pulled into a designated space, checked in on my app, then called the phone number. Employee came out quickly and placed my order in my opened hatch and even gave me a bag of M&Ms and a Thank You. Can't expect more!

Best place for shopping and getting new deals

So far, one of the nicest Walmart experiences I’ve ever had! There was parking, on a Saturday afternoon. The place wasn’t even crowded.

A really interesting Walmart, nothing like the usual Walmart. It's laid out differently, themed differently, and it's not cold as you would usually see in a Walmart.

The people running the floor were very helpful and pleasant when helping me find items quickly. I live about 120 miles from the store location and specious the kindness.

I called to see when I would get my credit. The phone rang a lady Betty winters from the dressing room. She said I am sorry let me Transfer you to customer service. The phone kept ringing and Betty answered . She said I am sorry let me go and ask them for you. She went out of her way for me. That's not found to Often. I myself was busy that day but I went right away to Walmart and thanked the lady and brought her flowers 💐 she really is an asset to Walmart. Thank you again Betty winters keep up the good work 🙂

Walmart is all about efficiency and passing some of the savings on to their customers.
This Walmart is pretty big but not so big that you so easily can get lost here.
Their signage is very clear, in both English and Spanish such that a first time customer could find his way around this Walmart without an y undue difficulty.
And, if the customer cannot find what he is looking for just with the signs, he can ask a nearby Walmart employee for assistance and he will get the help that he needs.
I like this Walmart.

I have gone to multiple subways and this one was by far amazing. The bread was so fresh and fluffy. They did not squish my sub like they usually do at other locations. Very pleased and satisfied with this location.

Have no problems with location. Staff I encountered was friendly and helpful. I did notice I didn't see a bakery. I may have over looked it but otherwise then that it was a good quick shopping experience.

I needed a cover for my android phone. A kid helped me pick the right one and it was cheap. Also easy to pickup some essentials food wise on the way out.

The Palatine Walmart is my favorite Walmart around so far. Friendly staff, very helpful. I usually go once a week and always stop at the customer service department to cash my weekly check and they always do their best to be quick and friendly, which is appreciated. I believe one of the customer service representatives is named John and is ALWAYS friendly and has a positive attitude. I even witnessed him get yelled at by a mean customer for no reason and he still remained friendly and professional. That is truly customer service at it's best. This walmart always seems to have a bigger/better clothing selection. There are 2 closer walmarts by where I live but I drive out of my way to come to this one. It's worth stopping by!

They have stuff that my Walmart doesnt
