DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse

I ordered a pair of shoes online and unfortunately they didn't fit so I went in to return or exchange. I never did this before so I wasn't sure of the process. The young lady at the counter was quick to acknowledge me and ask how she could help. She was patient, kind and knowledgeable which was so very appreciated.

Took my mom to the Galesburg Illinois location to look for a pair of black shoes for a wedding. Had a nice selection of wide width shoes. She found 3 pairs she liked. Staff extremely helpful. Clean store.

I enjoy shopping here, I usually find a boot, shoes or socks I like. The selection is good, I also like the store, it's big, clean and the sales staff have been friendly and helpful.

Love the variety of shoes. All good quality and styles. Prices can sometimes be a bit high but overall worth it. Staff is always friendly. If you join the rewards program you can save money with coupons.

I normally find several pairs of shoes, but I just had foot surgery, so I was not able to get my foot into the shoe on my right foot. I guess I visited a bit too soon during recovery, but I was hoping I was further along. Perhaps this week or next week my foot will be back to normal, and I'll be able to try on both shows 😂.I LOVE DSW -!

I love their selection of beautiful shoes! Their clearance section is always an important stop in shoe/sandle/boot shopping!

What I love about this place is all the different options and the large space you have to try on different shoes. You don't feel cramped like you do in other stores. Very trendy with their styles and I highly recommend.
