Fiesta Ranchera Mexican Restaurant

As travellers through IL, we love to stop here for mexican food as quick as (and much better than) fast food. Easy off and on I-55. Service is fast and friendly, atmosphere is fun, and the food is fabulous. We have standard favorites we come back for, but I'm confident I'd love most of their food!

The drink in the terracotta pot is a Cantaritos. I don't see it listed on the menu. It's refreshing and not overly sweet. The one in the background is a small frozen mango margarita. The Arroz Con Pollo (grilled chicken, peppers, and onions) on a bed of rice topped with cheese is always our go-to dish.

Excellent food as always...We got there just before lunch rush so the service was a little backed up however our server was very attentive. All our dishes were perfectly made and correct. You don't go home hungry, very large portions free chips and salsa as well.

I ordered Chori Pollo and a couple hard tacos. Meal was good. The food tasted excellent. I think the waiter was in a rush to get me out of there because he took my plate with the packet of tortillas before I was completely done with my meal. I usually save the tortillas for last to wipe the excess meat and cheese and beans from the plate. I went in on a Monday afternoon at about 1:30pm.

The food is AMAZING! We got the chicken quesadilla and it was swimming in cheese. PERFECT! Service is friendly, and we will definitely be back

Fiesta Ranchera's chicken fajitas are so yummy. My family loves this place! Service is always fast and friendly.

I didn't think there would be this good of Mexican food this far north in such a little town. The food was pretty good, and the margaritas were also badass...had the strawberry and the mango....pretty damn good and the chips and salsa...heard them sing happy birthday to someone too...

Will come back if I pass by again.

Classic Mexican Restaurant with quick consistent service. Burrito bowl for the win! Great salsa and chips

The service was fast and friendly. The food was savory and very filling. There is an extensive children's menu. The location of this resturant almost keeps it hidden but if you drive towards Crossroads Chapel you will find this hidden gem.

Great Mexican joint.. The food was good and reasonably priced, especially the margarita.

Very good food and service. Loved the frozen strawberry Margaritas. Great chips and salsa. If I lived near Bloomington, I would eat here regularly. Prices were pretty good too. Eating out has gotten very expensive and it was more reasonable here.

Food and service were fantastic! The portions of meat in the dishes were quite large and everything tasted great. Be sure to ask for the hot salsa - it wasn't too spicy but a great flavor.

I had the pork tacos dinner. Very enjoyable. Always a good and quick stop for a sit down meal when passing through Bloomington.

Great food! Highly recommend the stop if passing by. Food was very tasty. They do give chips and salsa. The food came out quick after ordering. I got the Chicken Quesadilla with Cheese on top. One of my all time favorite dishes!

Stopped in on a Friday just after the normal lunch hour and service was quick and their lunch menu is large. I got the steak burrito and the mole sauce was a delicious top to the meal. Salsa is amazing, tasted like fire roasted with a hint of heat but not so much that my 1 year old wouldn't eat it.
