Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Bloomington

Check in took less than 5 minutes. Room was huge and had new flooring. Included a kitchenette, desk and chair, full size sofa bed with coffee table in front, a powder room outside the bathroom and a sink in the bathroom. Breakfast was large and very fresh.

Was a great hotel, very clean and great location. But the hotel attendant working at night forced me to pay for 2 rooms when it was only me and 2 other friends claiming that there was a limit only 1-2 people a room so I ended up pay around 250 for 1 night and the 2nd room I paid for was empty and unused.

Place was Great.The staff was wonderful room big clean Housekeeping came in every Day all 5 Like the Bar Breakfast was good.All was great

Stayed here twice, great price for a hotel with a pool and free breakfast. Rooms are very spacious, with kitchenette. Breakfast always the same but nice (I always like a warm option). Pool room very warm, pool comfortable.

One of the best places to stay. We stay here always one night on our way back from Florida. Very clean, quiet and one of the best breakfasts at any hotel included in the price. This hotel is priced very well considering most of the other hotels, especially the Hampton Inn have priced themselves out of our range. I highly recommend this hotel.

Evening staff was very helpful. All staff very pleasant. Good hot breakfast. Large rooms with comfortable bed and nice shower!

Full disclosure.
We had a comfortable bed. The room was big and clean. The buffet in the morning was fantastic! Jamie the desk clerk was very considerate and prompt.
Negative was the burned out lights in the back of the parking lot made me wonder if our van was gonna be broken into or vandalized. The hallway carpet was very worn out. The A/C unit was so loud and rattled the entire wall. I awoke during the night thinking someone was dragging a tote full of bricks down the hall way. Had to turn the TV on to drown out the inconsistent sound.
I would go back. I would just ask for a different room immediately. And I'll bet they would have obliged.
The game room was neat, and the bar was not open yet due to new management and acquiring a liquor license. The pool was pretty to look at.

I haven't had a chance to stay there yet, but I absolutely MUST mention the manager! Her name is Jamie and she is truly awesome! My husband and I have a particular situation going on and Jamie was just the warmest, sweetest person I could have run into at a low moment. She was so very helpful! We will definitely be back soon and often! Thanks again Jamie!

Stay here every other month for scrapbook retreat. Pool is refreshing.

I've stayed here multiple times for work. The staff is always friendly and happy to help. Some of the rooms are great, but others are just okay while needing a little bit of maintenance/upkeep. Overall though I've always been pleased with my stays.

Heads up for future travelers, this place is only offering brown bagged breakfasts. No buffet or hot foods

Well, I have to admit that my stay here was a pleasant one! The employees were helpful, kind and provided great service! I was shocked that the bed was very comfortable to sleep in surprisingly and having a couch that was comfortable to sit in too which was nice after a long day of thrifting! The campus sized refrigerator was helpful to store our leftovers along with the sink to wash my reusable dishes I brought. As for the bathroom, well there is a special section to sit down on a chair for us to do our hair and makeup on then you can venture off into the actual bathroom complete with high powered water coming out to get all of that soap out of your long hair! Ask me if I would recommend this place yes, after using a third party which is how I discovered it!

This was a huge room. It included a couch and a kitchenette. Great for extended stays. Cracker Barrel restaurant is very close. I only gave 4 stars for the location because the Garmin GPS routed us off the interstate through a rather shoddy part of town to get to the hotel. Had we stayed on the interstate, we would not have known the proximity to this area.

We stayed with three adults and three kids. There was room for everyone, including the playpen we brought for our newborn. We still had room with the playpen, pullout sofa and the beds, to walk around. The room was set up well! The staff were helpful with every question, and polite. The pool was large and clean.

Stayed here to visit our family members over the New Year. Had a very good time and very little noise on NYE. The staff was wonderful attentive to our needs and the breakfasts were delicious! Have been there before and would stay again.

We were surprised to see how spacious and well furnished our room was -- and how affordable! We've paid more for hotel rooms, but never had one so big. It had a full fridge and stove, too, so we could have stayed comfortably for quite a few nights. The kids loved the pool, too. We booked it based on a Google search while we were already en route, but next time, we'd seek it out.

Was in need of a place to stay while in town for a funeral I messed up the check in dates online, so I called and the staff was very friendly got my family taken care of to stay! Very clean, welcoming staff, and wonderful complimentary breakfast!

I stayed here for a very quick overnight visit, and honestly, I wish I'd had more time here! The room was pristinely clean, the pillows were just the right amount of fluffy, and the bed was exquisitely comfortable. The breakfast offerings were varied, and what I had was tasty. I wish I'd had time to check out the pool -- and the quaint little bar just as you walk in the door! Highly recommended!

Rooms are HUGE. And the ceilings in each room are very high, makes it seem even bigger. I enjoyed the slot machines and bartender was a nice guy!! Nice place to hang out in the evening and watch the game. Breakfast was way more than I expected. Will definitely return when I come visit family again!
