Great one night stay while in Bloomington. Front desk staff was excellent. Very friendly and accommodating.
Room was clean, comfortable, spacious.
Bathroom was updated and was a good size.
Continental breakfast was just perfect. Warm, nice choices, and a great little breakfast to quench our taste buds.
Definitely recommend.

The staff at this hotel are awesome. They are very friendly and even held the doors open for us. They are always quick with a smile and helpful with any requests.

Our stay was very 👍 good quiet. All staff was pleasant. We were able to watch two football matches Monday night. Thank you for the great services.

I stay here when visiting my daughter at Illinois State University. ❤ The staff is very friendly and helpful and attentive. There is an INDOOR pool, so I will be able to swim year round. There is a great, full spread breakfast until 9:30am. There is a microwave and fridge in the room and cable TV and a big desk where I got lots of writing done. The water pressure in the shower was to die for and I didn't want to get out!!!! I love it and you will, too.

Very nice rooms. Hot tub was closed ):. No toaster for bread? Other than that it was good.

Very nice hotel to stay at. Staff was very friendly and greeted you with a friendly hello and smiles. Room was nice and clean along with the bathroom. Very quiet location and great Restaurant next to the place as well. This is one place I will be staying at again.

Everything was great for the price. Rooms were clean,breakfast was good, and the service was also good. Can't complain.

Was highly impressed, I had read the reviews before staying and went on a head booked.. people are quick to write bad reviews before good ones! My experience was nothing but 5 stars !! I visit Bloomington often and had a fav hotel that was booked so tried this one.. not only in a great location great food near by.. my incredible experience started with a rough travel experience I was extremely tired my flight was in at 8 am and check in wasn’t till 3pm .. the super sweet understanding gentleman (had a pony tail did not get name) not only went out of his way to accommodate me was extremely helpful realizing I was stressed had me laughing and feeling at home.. the room was perfect yes a little older hotel on some things but ABSOLUTELY nothing to complain about! Was extremely clean you could see they renovated a ton. The bed was crazy comfortable and hotel very quiet! I have stayed in hotels all over the world being a flight attendant and this hotel doesn’t deserve a low rating from the excellent customer service to room quality! This is my new favorite hotel and will be staying here on all my future visits. Thanks again!

The rooms are really nice, but they are nothing compared to the fantastic staff here. Everyone is extremely friendly and loves to talk, even though they've never seen each over before. I had a lovely breakfast this morning because of the great food and amazing people there.

Unbelievable stay! Rooms were very clean and affordable. Management at this hotel is the best I've ever seen. I wished I could remember his name. It was -20 and the manage (who was working late) bought everyone pizza and pop for supper! Who does that? I wouldn't expect that kind of 5 star rating every time but it's well worth it either way. Everything was very clean and the attitudes of employees was top notch! 2/30/19

My recent stay was with a group of 10 for a tennis event. The manager Cristo was great in responding quickly with an awesome rate and then helping me double check to make sure everyone was registered at the correct hotel. Breakfast every morning was amazing. We were expecting continental with cold cereal, etc. instead there were hot options every day including scrambled eggs, different sausages, french toast, waffles. Great way to start. The front desk was very helpful, housekeeping was friendly. The rooms were very clean and included a microwave and refrigerator which we appreciated. Note - I believe they will be renovating because the hotel does need some updating, but for our needs - it was great - clean rooms, working television with lots of channel options, great breakfast, friendly staff and a good location.

great staff in all areas of the hotel.. housekeeping, reception and other employees were all friendly and helpful. travel can be stressful and this facility contributed to relaxing and recovery from the road. spa was hot, pool temp was warm..it's a rare 5 star review for me. definitely worth the price, i would recommend and return if I was in state again.

Awesome staff, clean rooms, pool looks refreshing. Wish we would have been able to stay longer to enjoy it. Breakfast was good, breakfast attendant very very attentive and helpful. Front desk clerk helped with my early morning arrival, within just a few mins we was in our room with no issues at all. Very recommendable place to go!

I’m from louisiana, and first time in Illinois. When we all arrived the hotel clerk was very nice and respectful and know how to greet their guests. When we made it to the room it was very clean, the bathroom was cleaned, my dog really enjoyed her stay, for 4 nights over here. This hotel shouldn’t have a 3.8 star it should be more than that, let’s bring that up to a 5 star. Because if you give them a 4 star y’all messed up. It was perfect, the bed was comfortable, the pillows were comfortable, tv didn’t go out, the housekeepers know how to do their jobs, what is there not to like, so worth coming back. You can’t even beat their prices either. (High five)

The Cristo, general manager, is great!!! He will do almost anything to make sure that the guests are fully accommodated, within reason. He makes you feel as if that you are the only guest that he is hosting in his hotel. They have a great breakfast lineup, even during the covid times. The housekeepers are great. And the hotel rooms are clean. As long as you adhere to the rules and the guidelines of the hotel, you set this stage for him to be able to bend over backwards to make sure that you stay is all that you have imagined. The staff is also great too.

I was very happy with my stay at this hotel. I got a very good price for a beautiful comfortable room. The place is very clean and quiet. The bed is so nice with good pillows and linens. I stayed here for just one night on my way home from a long drive and wish I could've stayed longer. Tons of restaurants in the area that deliver. I ordered from Avantis...a great Italian restaurant that delivered quickly on a cold night.

You can't go wrong with this place. I will definitely return next time I'm in this area. Super nice girl at front desk too. They have a great pool area. I didn't have a chance to enjoy the breakfast but it was set up in a cute cozy room off the lobby. Great hotel!

Clean rooms and quiet. Pet friendly. Cats and Dogs allowed. $100 Deposit for for pets. And get the deposit back the following day.

Very friendly and nice hotel! They have breakfast as well! Even swimming! It's not super expensive per night to stay! The bigger rooms are nice! Always clean when i come in! The people at the front desk are very friendly and helpful! Definitely one of the better hotels on that side of town!! I will be back eventually!!

The rooms are comfortable have all the basics including a fridge and provide a simple breakfast and coffee in the mornings the staff is great as well with exceptional customer service especially Zak. I recommend this one out of the group of hotels here. We will defend be repeat guests next time we are in town.

Clean comfortable and quiet room, stayed one night on a road trip. Room was on ground floor on the end of the hallway. As a rated three star hotel it was better than I expected.. Want a great dinner place close by too? Go to Schooners downtown, great local place! 10 minute drive. I will stay at this place again. Priced right too. Friendly reception.
