Blain's Farm & Fleet - Bloomington, Illinois

When I lived in the area I used to stop at Blain's all the time. Great selection of products, friendly staff. I brought my truck in for an alignment, they checked it said I didn't need an alignment and didn't charge. I used to run here all the time for stuff to keep the plant running. Blain's was one of my favorite stories in the area.

Placed an order yesterday for their drive thru pickup near the back of the store. The guy that came out when we pulled up was great and very helpful! He had our order quickly with no problems. Great service by a great long standing local business in our community!

Did not have the candy I wanted it is hard to find thought it would be there . Looking for old fashioned cream drops

The staff are wonderfully polite. The prices can go either way. Some items are overpriced while many are priced fairly. We found some deals in the tool section. This is a pretty cool store. They will get more of my business in the future.

Just had for Michelin Defender tires put on my 2020 Colorado. The crew did an alignment after they installed the tires. The rides smooth and handles well.

They got it all at reasonable prices. Love this place, it's just out of my circle and don't make it out there to much

Was in a tight spot after a long day at work on Sunday. With my vehicle broke down, & not having many options, I went to the battery department & was treated like a king. Hank was outstanding, helpful & polite. He got me the exact battery I needed for a specialized vehicle. Thank you F & F for a great experience & service.

I came in today looking for some O-Rings for my outdoor spigot. It was a weird size, gentleman that helped me was top notch! Took me to every available option, and even though we didn't find it.. this kind of service is why I spend money at Blain's F&F. Keep up the great work!

A great place to find I live close chainsaw and lawn mowers and it's a great place to shop for farmers people in general or people on farms enjoy going there and getting good prices I'm not a farmer I am yes the regular person looking for good products at good prices Carrie's animal food for every pet or farm animal

Had a conversation with the service manager James. He walked me through the process in more detail and help reassure me that on future visits we would be able to go through line items on the work order prior to starting work. I really appreciated his call and look forward to returning for future work.
Old Review:
Had an oil change done today, scheduled online and was completed in quoted time. Was disappointed in lack of transparency. The online system added a 6.99 service and I missed it when checking in. Talking with staff afterwards, they said i have to specifically request it removed in future visits, even though the signs in store say it is an optional add-on.
