Always friendly and helpful!

I only wish the store was larger and carried their full range of sizes. Ordering on line sometimes is like playing the lottery as far as if something will fit. Many of us need to try on different sizes depending on style and material.

But love having a Talbots nearby!

Talbots was a pleasant surprise. The clothes were high quality and appropriately priced with regular, plus size and petite available. One of the staff greeted me at the door and was very helpful. The clothing is geared toward women, so teens and early 20s probably won't find much to their liking. But I was really excited to find this store! I will definitely be back!

Talbots has high quality clothes and an excellent, helpful staff. Peggy is an especially personable and wonderful salesperson. In summary, I recommend Talbots for any women especially those who like beautiful and well-made clothes.

I am consistently impressed with the high quality of the clothing and the friendly customer service I receive at the Bloomington location of Talbot's. I was there last weekend and I had a wonderful customer service experience. I had a problem with an item I had bought a number of months ago and the assistant manager, Cherie, went above and beyond to resolve the issue. I will continue to be a regular shopper there.
