This was a cool location. Their selection of tools is better than my regular store. I had no problem finding everything I was looking for. Lots of member specific deals makes me love browsing around.

Helpful staff and friendly. The item I was looking for was really available, and there was an online coupon that was very easy to use.

A good place to find budget friendly tools or supplies for your next project. Everything was easy to find. The store was clean and orderly. They're staffed with polite professionals who are eager to help.

Great source of good quality, low cost tools. Always have what I need for a project. Very clean store with super friendly and helpful store associates. I joined the Inside Track Club and really like the extra deals and early access to sales for members. I saved $12 today alone on some small purchases, can't wait to save even more! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!

Sort of like a Dollar General for tools. Even if you're not really looking for something stop and take a look I bet you leave with something!😁

Good help clean store large selection

As stated by another customer the parking and door setup is horrible, not sure who was on crack when they designed this store but that's not why I'm here. Customer service is great at this location, I wanted 4 chairs that were on sale but sold out. I was told to call in the morning and make sure they got in a shipment. If they had them I could have 4 put aside for me as I work 5am to 4pm so there is no way I could get there at 8am. The chairs were waiting for me at the front by the registers when I arrived. I couldn't be more happy.

This Harbor Freight location is unique in having an unfortunate set up in that its door is not located at conveniently to its parking lot.
That said, the service is first rate from the initial greeting to the in-store assistance and the helpful and cheerful checkout.
Of course you will find the tools and prices we all keep returning for.

I do enjoy a field trip to HFT. The Bloomington store is clean, well stocked and convenient. Staff are helpful and available. Good place.

I'm a member of the ITC (Inside Track Club). With this membership you get a monthly catalog with coupons for big discounts on sale items and in-store specials. It is well worth it. Today I bought a sturdy hand truck dolly that was $30 off the reg price using one of the coupons from the catalog. The membership is $29.99 per year. You can purchase it at the store or online. I highly recommend getting one if you do a lot of shopping there.

Nice clean and friendly staff. I was stuck in their parking lot for an entire afternoon and the staff was understanding. Price of stuff is always good and I've had zero issues with returning items for the lifetime warranty. Good place to snag some tools on the inexpensive side.
