Consistently easy to work with and more helpful than I'd expect. From other reviews, it sounds like there may be one or two difficult people who work there, but I haven't run into them yet.

If you are returning a package to Amazon, get your QR code handy. The whole return process took me under a minute.

I used this store for Amazon return. I didn't have to do anything, no wrapping, just scan the qr code and they shipped for me back to Amazon. Great service, good location in downtown Dover and convinient opening hours. I will definetly return. PS: The lady gave me a nice smile.

Had a Facebook order say it arrived when it didn't. Put in a claim to ups, and they sent me a brand new product that was way nicer than what wasn't delivered, and within a day or so. Excellent customer service. Way above and beyond what I expected. Thank you dover fo being hard working, smart, and sexy!

John at the Dover UPS store on Central Avenue was extremely helpful and attentive to my needs! He was very quick at getting back to me about a printing question I had, and was really friendly and personable! I would highly recommend this UPS store for any of your shipping and printing needs! Really high quality and helpful staff!

My favorite part of the week is UPS days. Their customer service is great, I have yet to have a single issue with an outgoing package, even when I accidentally mistook an apartment number for a zip code, and their pens work!

Great service , prompt delivery , there were gracious enough to deliver heavier packages at doorsteps, keep up the great word amidst pandemic, my go to shipping firm will be "UPS" forever.

Went there today to return a set of headphones and it turns out that the process of returning items had changed although I had called to make sure I could do this return, the process had changed so much that I have thought that I would have had to have gone home and printed out a slip and then bought a package at a store somewhere and to be honest I was getting real agitated but they had everything we needed and they took care of it so nice job guys today at 3:45 ish
