Altoona Smoke and Vape

Google asked if anything has changed. And no, it hasn't. It's still the same friendly staff, still a great selection of products, of which they ALWAYS have what I'm looking for. I don't buy anything vape related in my home state! When I pass through Iowa, I stop there and stock up! The selection and prices here are 2nd to none!

I don't know what y'all are on about saying the employees aren't friendly and don't help. And to the one complaining about where the employees stood behind the counter, did you ask them to move? GTFO 😂 Every time I have a great experience! The shoulder length, dark haired employee is the best! Sorry I had to describe how you look because I don't know your name.. 😕

Okay, so I've moved to this town. I am a regular elsewhere in Des Moines. Due to limited funds, I went here, locally, to find a solution to my upcoming flight issue.
You see, the vape juice I get, only comes in 120mL. So I asked them to help me find a cheap substitute for my flight and trip. The one young lady asked what size and I told her they have to be under 100mL so a 60mL is what I probably should get. She asks me to hang on a minute and goes in back. A cpl minutes later and she comes out with 2 brand new bottle containers and asks if that size works. I said yes, thank you! I asked her how much they were and she shook her head.
I was able to get MY juice and thanks to this lovely young lady, I don't have to settle for my juice and vape needs!
This is only the second time that I've been in there but the first time I went in as a customer. It was a fantastic experience for my first transaction with your company. Thank you!!!

I absolutely love this store! I've been a customer since they opened in Ankeny. The prices are great, they let me window shop without any pressure. I must say their prices are on point as well. I always walk out with more than I went in for. They're customer service is so welcoming and inviting. The owner did an amazing job with Altoona Smoke!

Snagged some stuff while passing through. Young lady behind the counter was very nice and quick about grabbing my stuff. Very easy on the eyes as well. Great selection.

WOW.... just WOW! I’m an EAST COAST girl new to IOWA & this is what I call a REAL SMOKE SHOP ( east coast term) I’m so glad the Midwest is catching up to SPEED with the changing times and lifestyles. The CREW here are all courteous and helpful. I’m happy to have found them in my town I call home now. Every time I stop by.... they’ve LEVELED UP/& added new products to the inventory. KUDOS to y’all.
