AT&T Store

So we walked into the Altoona store and luckily meant with Blake. He was so awesome!’ He figured out my problem within ten minutes I was done, he is extremely nice. This guy deserves a raise!! Keep him, he has great customer service!! Thank you Blake !!

Jared was amazing and was so helpful getting phone back online when I lost my Original phone!!! Recommend for all you AT&T needs!!!

Jessica (the new store manager) and Angie (an associate in training) provided great customer service while the store was actually very busy. Definitely using this store again for their service.

New Store Manager is amazing and very patient and understanding. Help me switch from android to iPhone. Offer all the accessories I can enjoy my new phone.

I was assisted by Kade and Angela with my iPhone 14 purchase. They were both helpful, conversational, and knowledgeable about the products in the store. They made sure I was comfortable with my new device and that everything transferred properly before I left the store. I highly suggest working with either of them if you stop by. Kade also made sure my partner was getting the best price on our plan.

Robbie was the person who assisted me and was quick to help me. He gave me multiple options and explained thoroughly how I could fix my situation. I was given ample time and advice to decide on what I was going to do and Robbie was incredibly helpful. Robbie had impeccable customer service and was very realistic on what I had to do. He offered me different kinds of products both at the store and other stores but still protected the validity of AT&T's products. I certainly will return to the store for any assistance I may need in the future and and very pleased AT&T is my cellular provider :)

Came in due to my phone not working properly However after multiple attempts could not get it to run so store manager offer to stay past close and upgrade my phone, she was awesome did everything she could.

Let me tell ya...The best customer service I've ever had... The Manager and Dennis did me a huge favor...I got caught in a bad place with my phone and I feel they went above the expectations to do an amazing job...I really do appreciate all your help...thanks

Dennis Campbell works at the AT&T in Altoona and He was awesome. Not only was he helpful but I got the phones and the direct TV because I found out that that the direct TV is cheaper than Mediacom cable. So everyone should go to Dennis Campbell because he kept my needs first and foremost first. I will always be using him again.

I lost my sim card and needed a new phone and service. I walked into the Altoona at&t store to meet the sales technician named JOE. This guy was very nice, understanding to my situation, and all around a great guy. He was cool,fun, and professional.

He did his best to not try to upset me and gave me the best deal for my budget.

I'm not one to write reviews, but Joe deserves it. Thanks again Joe! And AT&T

Travontay was very helpful when getting my new phone set up. He was professional and did a great job running the store by himself. I normally hate having to deal with phone sales/service but he did a great job and I thought that he deserved the recognition for his great work.

I had trouble setting up my new phone and was frustrated! I was greeted by Joe and a friendly smile!! He was so helpful and knowledgeable…he was very patient and fun!! Joe is amazing!!🤩

It’s been an amazing FAST service with Joe!
My watch is connected. I have been paying for data cellular on the watch this Whole Time.
But whoever sold me the watch, did not correctly set it up.
JOE got me in & out, figured out insurance stuff, reconnected my watch AND made it work!

Kylee is amazing! She’s so kind, I love her attitude! She helped transfer phones and took time to put my phone screen protector on. (Which can take a lot of patience as I might’ve made her take it off two or three times cuz I was being picky and felt bad about it but she was patient) She’s great at communicating and I can tell she’s a hard worker. Thanks to the great staff at the AT&t store in Altoona Iowa! Kaylee helped me & my Aunt with an Esim issue we were having. We needed to drive to the store to resolve the issue. Kaylee did absolutely everything in your power to help us. And she did get our issue resolved. This store is very helpful and they really care about their customers! I Would highly recommend this Altoona location. For all your cell phone needs. AT& T has added lots of towers here in Iowa they are newer towers within the last year. Their coverage in the southern part of the state seems to be the best out of any of the big carriers. Hats off to AT& T & the Altoona store!! Thanks Kaylee😊

Travontay was very helpful the whole time. 3 customers and only him and he was amazing and attentive to all of us, working quickly and efficiently. I'll always make the 20 minute drive there versus going to the one near me that was closed at 5:30 with no note or anything. Keep it up!
