From the first time I visited the shop I was greeted by a beautiful human named David who educated me on the products as well as specifically what I was looking for. I have never been a smoker but I found that nicotine is extremely helpful with cognitive function, motivation, and general overall well-being. This is a beautiful and very clean shop with a simple layout and lots and lots of fabulous options. I can't say enough good things about this store or the sales associates! There is a reward system so I get freebies quite often. My day is always better when I get to have a conversation with David! He actually engages with customers and makes you feel like you're at home which is a rarity in the retail world any longer. Such a gem! 💎 I would give the shop 10 stars if I could! Thank you!

Staff are extremely knowledgeable about their products. Helped set up my new vape. I greatly appreciated the time they spent helping me. Learned some new things. I can't believe I wasted money at other vape shops.

Love, love, love this place! This location is a bit further from me than every other vape shop, but it’s always worth it. Every time I go, staff go above and beyond to make sure I feel welcomed. I didn’t catch the name of the guy who helped me today, but he was amazing. I walked in looking for a vape upgrade, and the guy who helped me was very knowledgeable and even gave me options based on the type of vape I previously had. I will always go to this location for my vape needs. Love the staff and how they always have what I’m looking for! Best shop in Altoona, all around

I went to the Altoona store today to grab some e-liquid and David the gentlemen working was above and beyond amazing! After my purchase he saw me looking at some of the CBD products and came over to answer any questions I had. I know nothing about CBD but told him I had heard there are some products good for anxiety. His knowledge on all products blew my mind. He didn’t try to sell me anything just gave me info and asked great questions. As someone who doesn’t know a thing about CBD and find it all intimidating I was shocked at how relaxed and informed he made me feel. Needless to say I decided to buy something to try and will be back for sure!!

I enjoy going to the Altoona store. The staff is always so pleasant. The mgr is worked with me when I had a issue with a juice. Always recommend the best products for me! Definitely will always be my store!

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!!!! I drive a truck for a living almost ran out of juice the manager went soooooooo far out of his way to help me. I haven't smoked a cigarette in 2 years and 4 months I thought that streak would end tonight but thanks to Ken I am good to go. Thank you so very very much!!!!

I found the staff to be very customer focused, very helpful and happy to answer questions, etc. I have purchased quite a few vapes here, and products. There is a nice rewards program, Great Store.

Sean was very helpful. I told him I wanted to quit smoking & I don't know a lot about vapes. Sean was also an ex smoker so he knew exactly what I needed, and helped me pick the right vape & juice they're also not that expensive, I have a decent vape I got for $40. I reccomended this place, and I will be going back there! Large selection with very helpful staff. Also, they have swivel chairs.

I'm a truck driver and asked if they would deliver the said they would but the guy was the only one there and could not leave the store but to at least make the call to the owner to see if he could gets all the props he said they may try and do deliveries for truck drivers to the flying j so keep your eyes open drivers who vape and are stuck with no way to go it may change the vaping world for truck drivers
