I had an excellent experience purchasing a vehicle from this dealership from out of state.

Colton Otto was my sales person. He was polite, informative and honest throughout the entire process. From the GM to Finance to all the other individuals I met on the sales floor during pickup, all displayed similar traits. It was a very welcoming, small town atmosphere.

I received a detailed video of the excellent low mileage vehicle with any blemishes called out so I was fully informed.

Between placing my deposit and eventual pick up (6.5 hours from my home), the detailer had discovered an issue with the driver inner door panel. Without my request or even informing me upfront, the dealership arranged to replace the panel.

Excellent service and customer interaction! I highly recommend this dealership to anyone for local or remote purchases.

We had a great experience dealing with Barry and the finance team. This group offers a laid back, no pressure atmosphere that takes the stress out of buying a vehicle.

Barry was amazing. So was everyone else on staff that I worked with. They made the car buying experience very low pressure, and easy going. Barry stayed in touch over months and got ahold of me when they exact vehicle landed - and now I am very happy with the purchase of it! Goes a long way having people you know you can depend when purchasing and servicing vehicles.

Such a welcoming group of people and really felt they listened to what I wanted in a car. And then helped me find it. Would definitely recommend buying from. This is our 2nd vehicle purchase from this location and will continue to come back.

This was the first time I can recall using their service department for an oil change. Although it was a bit on the expensive side, it was a great experience!
Once we arrived, the technician who checked us in was extremely polite and professional. After checking in, we went to the front lobby to snoop around for a bit at the new vehicles. The front desk host was as polite and professional.
Going forward, I plan on taking my vehicles there for my future oil changes with my other 2 vehicles.

Very pleased with my first oil change experience! Dropped my vehicle off and it was done in a very timely fashion even though I was unable to pick it up until after work. After work, as I was going over the paperwork, they remote started the car so that by the time we were done, they had driven it up to the door and I was able to get into a warm car.

I love that they pick up my car and bring it back to me and everything is all done.
They always keep me informed on what's going on.
Very communicative. I believe this is the fourth car I have bought from them and they never let me down.

Great service, was even about 30 min quicker than expected. They were also very thorough explaining every aspect of the service which was great. Highly recommended.

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Colton was waiting for me when I got there with the car I was interested in and it was warmed up and ready to drive. We took a test drive and he provided me with any and all information that I might need. Once I told him this is the car I wanted he got to work crunching numbers. They held true to their original offer and sent me over to Lourdes to wrap up all the paperwork. I was in and out in 2 hours and 15 minutes total and on the road with my brand new car. I can’t get over how quick, professional and honest they were during the entire process. I will be sending everyone I know their way going forward. Amazing customer service from beginning to end.

I don’t write reviews but I have to for young Greg Indianola. Where do I start? I walked in to this dealership and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I had lost hope in getting a car and this dealership worked with me and ensured I walked out with a car. I’m super grateful honestly. They went above and beyond to work numbers and talk to banks for me despite my credit being a mess! I would buy from them again!

Best car buying experience of my life, so kind, caring, found exactly right vehicle for me. Even with less than perfect credit they did not give up or treat me poorly, was first class all the way. I will be telling all my friends, this is the place to go. They go the extra mile and treat you like the most important client they have. They are determined to make it work. The lounge was fabulous with very comfy chairs, tv, internet, phone charging, fresh coffee. The service you get with your vehicle is awesome, complimentary oil changes and even full tank of gas when you leave with your vehicle. They are the best, you never forget when you are treated so well, the only place in my book to go when looking fir a vehicle, they will do you right!

I worked with Tate Krichau, he set me up in a Seirra Denali Ultimate, and was fantastic to work with. VERY responsive to texts and emails, not pushy at all, was very informative and had everything ready to go when I arrived (from an hour away). 2nd truck I've bought from Gregg Young, and yet another great experience before, during, and after the sell! 5 start service!

Tony was upfront and honest about what needed to be done and how much it was going to be.. He left the decision up to me and didn’t just do it and I was stuck paying for it wether I wanted to spend that kind of money or not.. he let me know that it may not be the solution that would start the car..
