Nesbitt Corner Store

This is one of the best corner stores in the Central Business District and Warehouse District. Many sandwiches and prepared pasta salads and muffins. Good selection of local beer and some decent spirits. They also sell things families traveling my need such as pedialyte and toiletries and random snacks. Great place to pick up a copy of local newspapers, grab a turkey and cheese sandwich and some pasta salad or perhaps sliders or a chicken wrap. Very respectful staff.

Great corner store. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful as we browsed for snacks and other goodies. We walked from the Store, down Canal Street, to the River Walk. As we ventured to other stores we noticed the price difference. If you are looking to save some money on snacks and alcohol, this would be the place to go.

Nice store, nice selection...prices are stratospheric.
1/2 gallon of milk - $6 (it's $4.78 for a gallon at Rouses right now)
dozen eggs - $9 (2.5 dozen for $6 at Rouses)
12 pack of sparkling water - $9
750ml of Don Julio Blanco - $53

I get that prices are high, but come on people. This isn't the Quarter and it's locals buying this stuff. I can't shop here based on the price gouging alone.

The dude with the tape around his glasses locked the door as I walked in, an hour before closing and told me (aggressively) that I had 1 min to get out without even explaining. Don’t go here you’ll be rudely ushered out.
