ABOVE AND BEYOND!. Theresa in pharmacy was absolutely wonderful in helping me place a prescription and deliver it to the hotel. She was so lovely & thoughtful. Recommend 10/10

I just went here to get Jazzy passes to ride the streetcar during my visit. They only had one day passes. So, I bought three one days. There was no line. The young lady that helped me was polite, worked quickly, and got me out the door fast.

Charlene in the Pharmacy was friendly, helpful and efficient! Also one heck of a multitasking employee! 5 star service!

Treasure is the business. Thank you. I was turned away from 2CVS and another Walgreens due to equipment issues, etc. I could have been turned away from this one easy enough because they didn't have a cable, but I wasn't. Assistance couldn't find one. Treasure got it. She was the only one at the front, continued to ring up drunks and d-bags while helping me get set up. Made sure we got printed up. No one else in the city works have bothered, it's too easy to say it's not working. Treasure, I appreciate you. By the time we got checked out she had assistance up front, the whole staff was pitching in. But before that she was a one woman show and made it happen.

I was attending a wedding in the French Quarter and needed to print an 8x10 photo for the ceremony starting in 30 minutes. I called and spoke to the very kind manager who confirmed that she could get it done and helped me figure out how to make it happen FAST. In my rush, I didn't catch her name, but she really helped me out when I was in a bit of a panic. The photo was high quality, printed out immediately, and I made it back to the wedding with time to spare.

Came here to get my sons passport photos taken and was assisted by Chaz. He was simply amazing!!! He was able to answer any questions I had and even gave a suggestion that maybe we change the shirt bc it was a tank top. I previously had pics taken at cvs and I didn’t like them. Well Chaz was right because the passport office liked his photos better! The whole time he assisted me he did it with a smile. My son is 5 and couldn’t sit still and Chaz didn’t rush us at all or make us feel like we were a bother (this was super early 730am). When I go back in July I’m definitely coming to pay Chaz a visit. Thank you!!!

I was grateful to be able to get a Moderna Booster Shot and Flu Shot at the Pharmacy today. I want to shout out Niari and Drew. They are doing great work and I want them to know I appreciate it. Thanks for doing your part in keeping our community safe y'all! I owe you coffees!

Walgreens had great customer service and they had most of the stuff that I needed tonight!

This is one of the most convenient Walgreens I've used in a while. It was directly across the street from the hotel that we were staying in while in New Orleans.

In opposite to the terrible service i experienced at Walgreens across Canal Street the very same day, the stuff of this store was amazing. Friendly. Supportive. Thank you!

I needed an extension cord. They have them. The associate was helpful and friendly when I called and checkout was fast. That sums it up.

Time to get the sign worked on otherwise store was fine but let’s check maintenance procedures

No public restrooms. Staff is friendly. I mean, its a Walgreens, its like every other Walgreens you've ever been to. If you're not from NOLA, understand its Canal street so you probably wont find a parking spot directly outside unless its like 4am.

Store was clean and staff was nice. The manager at the desk was knowledgeable about tourist info.

Terrible customer service from the manager really bad attitude. Wasn't friendly at all. The store wasn't properly stocked at all. I just wanted to leave as soon as I walked in. The atmosphere was very stale like no wanted to work there. I asked the young lady for plastic because she tried to give me paper bags and she was annoyed .I didn't think it was that serious. There is another Walgreens 1 block away go there please.

I guess Walgreens is the same no matter where you go & it's not a bad thing. Parking around this busy area might be hard on a week day. But very busy on the street.
