Staff experience was the best. Very inviting. Exceptionally neat and clean establishment. Large variety of just about every adult beverage you can want in a convenience store. Conveniently located.

I was in New Orleans for a 31 year class reunion 6/17-6/20. Our hotel was right across the street from this establishment. I had the pleasure of being a patron on 6/19 around 11 or 12pm that night. The cashier was very sweet and professional. He was a younger Indian looking man. He is a good representative of your business. He was very Helpful. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone. I hope people patronize this place like the plague.

Clean! Nice, respectful staff! Always go here when in town on business. Across from the Intercontinental Hotel.

Convenient little shop right near the Hilton hotel I am staying at. They have a variety of convenience drinks and snacks in addition to a decent selection of beer, wine, and liquor. Things are a bit more expensive than a chain store, but it is much more convenient here.

I was across the street picking up lunch and I decided to stop in. This is a tourist trap..in the best light possible. There is a pretty sparse selection, but it will work in a pinch. I walked in without a decipherable greeting, but who cares, I guess.

Prices were as expected...with a 30% markup for my cognac, over my home liquor store. Price markings were small and a bit hard to decipher since most spirits are behind the register--so bring your glasses.

The service was meh. I was originally given a short paper bag, which I surely would have dropped on the street. I asked for a plastic bag with handles, which he gave me without issue. I'm surprised he didn't struggle to hear over his loud radio squawking from behind the register.

Better than the hotel shop but not much choice on food

My husband and I bought shirts there and went back to our hotel to try them on. Sizes ran small so my husband went back to exchange. Employee was rude and refused to exchange even though the tags were still on , he had the receipt, there was no signs of wear and ithe purchase was made 1 hour earlier. He wanted an exchange not a refund. Still refused to exchange.

Should've read the reviews here first... The 6-pack Aquafinas cost $12 here. Just walk down a couple of blocks and go to CVS or Walgreens for better options. A true tourist trap.

The dude Micheal that works there is trash and disrespectful. Very condescending , he will treat black people like trash but he claims he is African. Whenever he isnt at the counter I will shop there.

Nice location but airport prices on water/ soda and additional credit card processing fee. Skip it and head to CVS or Walgreens on Canal for better selection and pricing.

I was in New Orleans for a 30 year class reunion 6/16-6/19. Our hotel was right across the street from this establishment. I had the displeasure of being a patron on 6/18 around 10 or 11pm that night. The cashier was very rude and unprofessional. He was an older Indian looking man. He is not a good representative for your business in my opinion. He was very condescending and he really ruffled my feathers I must admit. I feel every customer who comes in to patronize a business should be treated with respect no matter what. I was not treated in that manner and I am very disappointed in the service I received. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone. I hope people avoid this place like the plague.

Super rude and questionable staff! Went in to get change, they wouldn’t give it to us, so we bought a small item, but there were no prices on the products. They didn’t know the price when we asked until they registered it, and then they refused to give us our money back when we figured the price was more than we wanted to pay.
