The guy there was AWESOME! I thought my son's phone stopped working and I was going to buy a new phone....he took the time to show me what was wrong with it, FIX it, and send me on my way without a sale for him. That shows they definitely care about customers and not all about money. I will definitely go back there if I need help in the future.

Went to the central entrance store today and my husband and I were taken very well care of by Chad who was multi tasking like I've never seen a man do 🙂 We have been putting off switching as we weren't looking forward to the hassle of it all but he made it painless! This man deserves a raise!

Very friendly workers :) had a great experience even waiting for at&t to switch us over ! Ryder was a great REP he stayed on hold for along time for us instead of sending us to an at&t store. We will always drive an hour to come to this cricket store. Thank you so much!

I recently bought a phone from another Cricket store but needed more help porting old phone apps onto the new phone. Jason and Chad were very knowledgable and helpful in moving said apps and answering further questions I had about the new phone. We'll be getting our next phone in the Superior store. Very satisfied with their service.

Had to switch to cricket since my Verizon was wayyy too much! Joel helped both my fiancé and I pick out the right plan, he answered all our questions and then some. He’s really amazing at his job! I will definitely recommend Joel to anyone who chooses cricket as their plan :)

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! My experience with Ryan & Samantha at this Cricket was well beyond my expectations. My purse was lost when traveling and they made sure my phone was replaced and activated As soon as possible. Dealing with Asurion ( insurance replacement policy for IPhone)was challenging but the employees at Cricket helped me get thru it. They both are very helpful and professional and I left extremely happy to stay with Cricket.
