Bayfront Festival Park

Visited during Bentleyville lights event. First time visiting and I thought it was good. Parking was simple ($10 fee) and there were parking attendants helping with traffic. Light setup was very nice and there were characters dressed up interacting with guest. Definitely worth it. I would recommend visiting. Family and little kids friendly. Couple date and group dates works as well. Lots of photo opportunities.

We go every year! And this year is their 20th anniversary! Kids love the music, lights, hot cocoa, popcorn, cookies, roasting marshmallows, and getting their hat and goodies from visiting Santa! They provide wheelchairs and simple strollers to borrow at the entrance if you don't have your own. Dress warm! You're right along Lake Superior! And if it's windy? It's VERY chilly. Have fun!

Magical, no matter your age! The experience was perfect for boosting the Christmas spirit! Kudos to all the volunteers that make Bentleyville happen!!

Bayfront Park is an amazing space. Kids can run free, fly kites, Bentleyville at Christmas, there is a playground.

Beautiful venue. The concert prep could have been better. We were here for Bon Iver, got there early enough to be at the gate. There was no clear layout of how the 8 entrances to go through would be set up until shortly before the gates opened. There was one line for GA Pit, however you had to go through GA if you had a chair. The Pit line was all the way to the right, which thankfully we had been waiting in front of already. It was nearly 90° and they had pushed back the opening by about 45 minutes after removing the barrier. Instead of any announcement of letting people through, it was literally a mad rush when they finally allowed it. I feel bad for the workers, there was no way to properly check people's ID or bag with that rush.

They had two people taking the Pit passes and putting on wrist bands, but had allowed so many through that it became a back log.

My only complaint!

Was there for Bentleyville. Amazing free event, just pay for parking and donations appreciated. Extreamly well put together!

The reggae fest was a great time. The park was well kept and structures the stage music was loud even from a far. All the Porta potties was cleans and maintained. It was a great time and a great place by the water to take some photographic shots.

The tour was about 1 1/2 hour, and great. Staff explained points of interest, their use, and history. Beautiful

Love the holiday season at this park! The Bentleyville display will put anyone in a happy holiday mood!

A must see for Christmas. Amazing lights with a fun variety of scenes.

Bentleyville is my favorite place to go at Christmas time!

Wonderful experience of the tour of lights , sure come back next year. Great for all the ages. Popcorn , hot coca cookies, marshmallows are for free, but you can put some donation of your wish. Lights everywhere in these chilled winter. Santa is also there withMr. and Mrs Clause and a warn gift for children.

It's an absolutely beautiful place I remember traveling there as a young child and just also here recently if you go around the holiday season it is absolutely amazing be mindful it's Minnesota and holiday season here can tend to get a little chilly so make you you check the weather before you head out and dress appropriately it is right on the shoreline of the great lakes so it's probably going to get chilly check it out you definitely shouldn't be disappointed

Wow- Bentlyville! At Bayfront Festival Park. Everything is free but be sure to give a donation. This is a true Christmas wonderland for all ages. This was our third visit and one of the best in recent memory during a pandemic. It’s right for the soul and a perfect place to celebrate with family. We came on a Tuesday night later to avoid the crowds making our night special.

It is an excellent place for information on community resilience—and fun activities and food.

Bayfront Park is where the tour of lights runs each holiday season. But during the summer months, it has many more things going on such as concerts and car shows and much more.. I'm sure that u will enjoy coming to Bayfront Park any time of the year ..

Little sloppy with rain in mid December but the bridge went up at 930 saw a ship leave at Bentleyville

Concert itself was a lot of fun, got cut short because of weather. The line to get in was not efficient at all, might want to find a new method for scanning tickets and carding people. We ended up missing some of the headliner because we waited in line for an absurd amount of time.

Came to see the "Holiday" lights that are up here . .. . . I forgot what there called. . . .. But anyways there was a lot of people, that came there at the beginning, right when they open the doors. .. .. It probably would be wise to have turn arrows of where to turn & to have the roadways be a little bit wider, next time for bigger vehicles to go through . .. . ..

Beautiful landscape along the lakefront, huge area, amazing views and great location plenty of parking not bad price point. Easy to get around, close to other attractions such as DECC, and the Aquarium.
