I was on the 12th floor. Weather was windy. Really no complaints. Free coffee. Close to Starbucks and various restaurants. Good for a 3 day trip .

Hotel staff was very friendly and made our stay so much nicer. Love that the hotel is pet friendly and walking distance to most touristic places. I hope my grandchildren will remember this trip for a long time. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Talk about service!! There is not a single unfriendly employee at this hotel, they do everything they can to go past above and beyond service. The Legends Suite had a phenomenal view of Bentleyville and Canal Park. The restaurant had terrific food and the revolving floor added a cool ambiance. Our waitress, Candace, made a dinner experience that was like no other. This is my absolute favorite place to staycation. Would undoubtedly recommend to anyone looking for a first-class, five star experience for less.

I had reserved a Hotel Block as well as rented the Vikings Room for a small wedding reception here.
The Hotel Block: I worked with Nancy for this, the price was fantastic for the area. Had a few hiccups in the beginning with guest trying to just get one night instead of 2 but it was quickly fixed by Nancy and worked out perfectly. Guest told me how they enjoyed their rooms and it was very comfy and not to mention that wonderful harbor view.
The Vikings Room/Catering: First of all huge huge praise to Mary who was working that night. She was INCREDIBLE- always insuring we were happy and taken care of. The Vikings Room was perfect space for my around 50 guest and even more room for the children who just wanted to play a bit.
The food: The BBQ Meatballs and the Chicken and Pork Sliders were amazing and a huge hit, as well as the charcuterie platter. All Fruit was very fresh and tasted great.
Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better place to send my guest for a night to stay and for the wonderful time we had after the wedding.

Joe and Johnny in the tiki bar downstairs were the best part. All the food was amazing as well. We tried almost everything on the menu and nothing disappointed. Hats off to the cook as well!

Hotel staff was also nice and the rooms were clean. Great location to stay.

Stayed in the presidential suite. Very spacious and had amazing views of downtown Duluth. The restaurant above offers amazing food and views. Loved the pool and sauna as well. Also love the ability to walk the sky way system through the hotel and the bar connected below.

Very good,, ate well, slept well, elevator was decent all this on the inside of the building was A-1. But what in the world is that thing ya gotta park in?! Omg wasnt sure if i was at the landfill or a skating rink or both! Need to figure out ur ramp issue there, holes threw the top deck,, then 2/3rds of lower deck was 4 inch thick slab of ice litraly,, and garbag dead birds,, just a mess, in contrast to the inside big time.

This hotel is my favorite place to stop when visiting in Duluth, me and my family really like the size of the indoor pool. It’s a great temperature! The spinning resturaunt is a must, of course. Overall this hotel is great to stop at! I was a little bit concerned about the elevator at first, but I expressed my concern with an employee and it was alright. I am going again next weekend, thank you Raddison Duluth for giving our family great stays.

Had a great stay at the Radisson in Duluth! The rooms are nice, very clean, beds are super comfy, several soft pillows for each double bed. Staff was very friendly, & we immediately got an upgrade to another room (with lovely lake view) when the a/c in our room didn't work. No issues whatsoever, and really enjoyed the stay. Breakfast at JJ Astor (top of the building) was great. Just be sure to have a reservation. We will definitely stay here again.

Nancy and Sheila were amazing to work with for my wedding block. They were organized, super responsive, and on top of every detail. They sent me a list every so often with the updated room count and reached out with reminders. I didn't personally stay here but my guests had no complaints. Thank you for all the help Nancy and Sheila!

The bed was very clean, so I had very little anxiety during my stay. Everything in the room was very carefully detailed, which anyone can appreciate if you have to travel a lot. The little coffee station in the room was nice with a lot of different selections, like 'Sleepytime Tea.' I will definitely stay here again. The front desk staff also had a little board to welcome you and listed your reward level. I thought that was cool. I stayed on the 14th floor facing the bluffs. Thanks for having a clean hotel Radisson!

This is an amazing value and experience in the heart of Duluth and an iconic landmark that shouldn't be overlooked. Very clean rooms and a terrific pool/ spa are two solid reasons to book your Northern Minnesota hotel right here! Book a lakeside room with an Amazing view of Lake Superior.... you'll never forget it! A Must stop!

Rooms were a little small, but that’s mainly because of the way the hotel is designed (the part I was in is basically a 16 story circle) but the views from the rooms are amazing. It’s also very nice having such a great restaurant inside the hotel, though it is a little expensive (I paid 106 including the tip for 2 people) but it’s definitely worth the money. The hotel is also in a good location, depending on which room you have you still have amazing harbor/lake views, but without the insane crowds you’ll see at Canal Park on a busy weekend. The gentleman who checked me in was very friendly, and the woman who took my reservation on the phone (Nancy) was amazing. Rates for the hotel are pretty much in line with the other good hotels in Duluth. I’d highly recommend staying here!

Great experience. Slept fantastic. Room service was exceptional. Room warm, cozy and clean. My view was opposite of the harbor thru Priceline,- overlooking the Government buildings which hold some great structural features of their own.
Front desk information=
$50 more for harbor view and order the premium view on Priceline.

Stayed there 2 nights. Some things are a little dated but wasn’t bad at all for the price. Bed was super comfortable. Rooms were pretty quiet after the 2nd floor traffic was done for the night (has fitness room and I think junction to the other building) Pool area is really nice but hot tub could be bigger for facility size. Overall I’d say best value in Duluth that has everything with in walking distance. Most likely will stay again. Update- returned December 2021 for Bentleyville. They had a bus that ran you right down there from the hotel. Many updates since last stay so I changed it to a 5 star rating. Bravo!

They must have recently updated the hotel because it looks great! Because of the architecture of the hotel (it is a tall, round structure), the rooms are smaller than typical, or at least the bathrooms, but it was just me staying there, so it was fine. The rooms are clean, have a local flare w/ the artwork and made me feel at home! The person checking me in was also very friendly, something that sets the mood for the rest of the stay.

Follow up to my review: I just read a lot of the other reviews. I stayed in room #711, although the bathroom tub could use updated fixtures, this room in particular is in good working order & I'm glad I was placed there! Other hotels in the area don't even offer covered parking, so in the winter when there's always a chance of snow, I would say it's a nice option to have. I did stay during the middle of the week in early December, so I probably had less competition for a spot than during more peak times.

This hotel was lovely. Staff are accommodating and friendly, the hotel rooms I stayed in were clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were nice to relax in. Sadly the restaurant was not open when I was there, but the staff were helpful in recommending good places to eat nearby. Check out the Irish pub nearby!

Cleanliness, hair in bathroom, all kinds of sheet rock dust, tiny shavings all over floor by windows, elevators were terribly slow. So disappointing the price we paid, for what we stayed in last weekend! Had to put $100. Extra down for incidentals, that is crazy for the way that hotel looked! One morning, noticed that the water spout was not working on the water container in the lobby, looked like it was going to fall off, go all over the floor. They didn’t do anything. Bummed all the money we spent.

Spectacular views, roof top restaurant was so cool with amazing views and pleasant staff. We got a lake view room and it was a beautiful view of the ships coming in and out. Room was small for the price but worth it for the view. Bar in the basement has great nachos and beverages. Walking distance to Canal Park and the Depot Mueseum.

This older hotel is lovely. They try so hard to please and they have done it well. The men at the front helped me park the car when I got here, weary from my trip. The bellhop carried up my bags and was kind and caring. The bed was sleep number, which was neat because I never have tried one before. The carpet and furnishings were updated and clean. While they are located in a place with bad parking, they tried so hard to please that I can't help but give them a great rating. I've never been a Radisson customer before but I will definitely change my thinking. For anyone before who has had a bad experience, that was not mine at all. Thanks, Radisson, for making my stay great!
