Good overall time. Never had to wait on any body to help with a few questions I had, store was clean n shelves weren't cluttered. All seems to be good and in order

Always find what I need here at nice prices. Always clean with people available to ask questions if needed.

It took about an hour to get the help we needed- but, the young associate that was working with us did not give up until we got what we needed! I think folks have to learn how to be patient- retail has changed due to the lack of employees! Everyone at this Home Depot did their very best, and we appreciate their efforts. 👍🏼

It was 9pm when I put my fingers between the motion activated doors, which did not open because they were closing, and pulled the doors open.. I was desperate for some plumbing materials so I could finish this bathroom I had been working on for so long. I was searching for parts in the plumbing Isle at 9:05 when several employees walked by giving me an irritated and disturbed look. I usually shop at menards and I know where everything is in that store,. Not as well in Home Depot. Aarow Larson, the customer experience manager, Came over and nicely asked if he could help me find something. I told him the parts that I was looking for and he used his handheld merchandise locator to find exactly the parts that I needed. He wasn't irritated or rushing me, but very friendly and professional. Despite making people 10 minutes late from leaving work, I am very grateful this store has this employee. It is the little things in life!

I spent several hours at the Duluth Home Depot this Tuesday. I was picking up an online order and shopping for crown and base moulding, siding, cabinets - a long list. FORREST, an employee, offered to assist me and he was fantastic. He located the items, loaded them on two carts for me, and stuck with me from start to finish, smiling the entire time. The guy deserves a medal. He went above and beyond with impeccable service and made it special. Thank you, Forrest!

If you can't find it at Home depot you don't need it anyways! Great products with indoor lumber is fantastic here in the northland area especially during Winter.

Okay, the service at this Home Depot when I am trying to find items when I don’t know where they are is unreal. I learned this skill from my grandfather. He made me measure my steps so I would know how long my stride is. Conveniently, my stride is exactly two feet. I thought, “Nice, but why is this useful?” And then I went to Home Depot. For some reason, half the employees there don’t always use the aisle number to tell me where things are. They say stuff like, “Go 100 feet straight away from the desk, turn left, then 40 feet down the aisle to the left and you will see it immediately in front of you.” AND IT ALWAYS IS THE EXACT DISTANCE THEY SAID. WHAT EVEN ARE HOME DEPOT WORKERS? DOES IT SAY ON THEIR COMPUTER AT THE SERVICE DESK OR SOMETHING? WHY ARE THE EMPLOYEES I’VE MET ALWAYS COUNTING THE EXACT DISTANCE IN FEET OF EVERY ITEM? UM, THANKS GRANDPA?! Seriously, the convenience of giving directions in feet is unreal. When I go, particularly if this one guy I don’t know the name of is working, I know it’s gonna be an awesome trip for me because I am finding what I need 👏fast👏. Thanks for awesome service!

I was getting a large order of Behr paint on 7/24/22. Eric I (name written on his apron, he said he usually works in the garden dept) was the employee who helped me. He was very professional, nice and helpful. He made sure the paint that I was getting matched was right on for color. Keeping this short, Eric went above and beyond for customer service and he deserves a raise! Thank you!!

We mainly went in to see if they had Halloween up yet and look at ice scrapers for driveway. We went through almost the whole store just looking and remembered other things. We usually find things we never thought of seeing there. Fun to just browse. Helpful employees.

I ordered my levers and handles online and received an email when they were ready to pick up. The Hone Depot rep helped me find what our store didn’t have in stock and we got it all ordered. So very helpful.
