Worked with employee Jo today to purchase some easels and had a top notch experience. Jo was so helpful and a shining example of great customer service at the Duluth store.

I love coming here to get my items but there Is one girl who seems to always be in a bad mood ect and on her phone most the time... besides her I love coming to get beads and other stuff 😌 I end up making lovely jewelry from the beads!

I had to frame a picture in a frame which I had made. I had no idea what I was doing and so decided to talk to the employee in the framing department before I wasted any time looking around. Mathew, the framing employee, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I left there with all the materials and information I needed to ensure that the project went smoothly and at least LOOKED professional. I will definitely be returning when I need to frame my next piece.

Michael's is an awesome place for creative enthusiasts out there! They have things for painting, crafting, decorating, and other things. The workers there were really helpful when I went. I was searching for silicone oil to do some pour painting, and someone was nice enough to help me find it. otherwise I would've been there all day looking for it.

Michaels has some really good deals on canvases. The staff was helpful when I had questions about paint pens. I don't get there often, but I love to shop there when I can.

We easily found everything we were looking for and then some! With reduced prices throughout the store, 30 to 50% off, the 3 items we stopped for turned into 3 bags full. The store was clean and neatly kept. The staff was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. Not one of them answered, "I don't know " to any of our questions. The cashier asked if I had or would like to sign up for a loyalty card, offered a coupon for 40% off 1 item at check out. The best shopping experiences we had all day.

My wife loves craft stores, so she'd be remiss if I didn't give Michael's a perfect score.

As a husband, Michael's is not my usual jam. I like the selection, I like the candy aisle, and I can't go two feet without being reminded that I like drawing, or painting, or birding, or anything that Michael's has in spades.

Come to think of it, Michael's IS my sort of store.

Quite impressed by the custom framing department. Great customer service. Wasn't sure what I wanted, but they offered color suggestions for matting and frames without pressure to purchase. Really happy with my photos!

Love everything about Michael's! I have the app and when shopping in-store I saved so much with the app coupons and staff was awesome! I also tried their delivery and paid an extra 9.99 but received my things within a couple of hours.

I love shopping here. Josephine is always very pleasant to greet at the register and seeing Bailey every now and then brightens my day. Not only do I have a high appreciation for the employees, but Michaels always has every art supply I need.

Matthew in the framing department is incredibly good at his job. He cares so much about his work, complimenting artwork with beautiful frames, and is so thoughtful with his choices. I am so satisfied with the frames he helped me pick out, and thrilled with his customer service. 💗🙌

He worked with my husband and me for over an hour to make sure we had the perfect frame for our marriage contract and helped us out immensely. The level of service, expertise and professionalism went above and beyond my expectations.

I found what I needed easily and I always love their fall/Halloween section. I wish wreaths weren't $60+ but I'm also kinda cheap when it comes to decorating. The girls working were friendly and helpful.
