I walked in to the store and I was welcomed and if they could help me find what I was looking for. I shared what I was in search of and was directed straight to the correct isle. I had a great selection to choose from. Upon checking out the person that initially directed me came over and asked if I found what I was in search of. I was also thanked for my business by the person working the check-out station. Excellent experience! John

Just went in with zero knowledge of printers. Had a nice gentlemen help me out the whole time. Didn’t catch his name unfortunately! But he was tall white man. Anyway, I know I sounded dumb but he was so patient and kind! Pointed me to the right direction and helped as much as he could. Really really satisfied with the costumer service. The cashier was really nice too. And I went in the last 30 minutes too!

The Manager at office depot in Duluth, i think his name was Niel...,he went above and beyond to help us and accommodate us. We never experienced this kind of special treatment in the twin cities . People here are very friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is great! Highly recommended to shop here plus you'll find great deals!

Came in looking for a replacement home printer. The employee who helped me was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He helped me select the best product for my needs and although it needed to be ordered, the printer was shipped directly to my home and arrived within three days as promised.

The Duluth Office Depot has the most knowledgeable, helpful salespeople I've found. They were friendly, honest and knew their products inside and out.

I was greeted by an employee when I entered the store. I asked where file folders were and he took me too that aisle. He also told me if I needed more help just ask. I appreciated the great service.

Great customer service when it came to purchasing my new computer.

It’s a lot of empty retail space to cover and not a full crowd of buyers at the time I went.
I’ve been I’ve been impressed with the way the staff agreed and then guides me to the specific area to find the product that I’d like.
Six months ago I had a need for producing a booklet where the stapling would have to be along the binding and staff was very helpful with that particular issue. Staff a listen to 1010 ly and carefully, our knowledgeable and friendly and demeanor.

Very good service, lady was pleasant, knowledgeable, and friendly. I went in, found what I needed and got out (with a fancy new membership card too). They load dollars onto the card when you return a spent ink cartridge. Nice clean store. Takes debit/credit. I would recommend.
