Colleen was so welcoming and helped me find what I was looking for. She was so lovely and actually sparked a conversation- will be back just because of her! Meanwhile being attentive to others in the store. Very good costumer service, which you don’t see much of nowadays

Outstanding experience at FYE in Miller Hill Mall. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to help me search for a dozen DVD titles I was looking for. Thanks to their assistance, I left the store with a sack full of movies that I was thrilled to have found. The store has a great selection at excellent prices.

They just bought some of my old dvds which is cool because: I don't need these, and bc its nice when store will buy my old stuff so that I don't need to deal with all the extra steps of selling things on marketplace. But also, I just came in five minutes before closing (to pick up my stuff dropped off last week for appraisal) and they were way accommodating.
They were cool, too. The people working there were just cool. Gotta review them in my car before I leave because they were that good

I love this store!
They have good deals and the employees here are nice! To all of you who are like "Dude, they scammed me!" Or "didn't tell me I had to pay monthly for a loyalty system thing!", its your own fault for not asking. They have great merchandise and sure, somethimes its over priced, but its a great store for people like me who love all kinds of "nerdy" things! I rate this store 5 stars because other reviewers are rating unfairly and I genuinely love this store.

Awesome selection of any kind of odd item you would ever imagine. Plus any kind of fanboy item from marvel to anime. They have many large high price items that you can't find in many other places which is fantastic. They offer great discounts, and membership. I could spend hours just browsing through half the stuff they have. They have a great selection of movies that you can't find hardly anywhere else even online nowadays which is a great thing! If you're ever looking for a gift for that special someone or someone that has very particular tastes this is the place to go, as you can find any kind of oddball item or fanboy or girl items. Service is great I'll staff members and we're very knowledgeable on a very large range of niche books movies and collectibles.

If you love all things pop culture this is the store for you. Wide range of Funko Pops and anything else you could need from your favorite movies and tv shows. They even have some DVDs I've only seen there so if you're looking for something special I'd suggest stopping down there and checking it out.

I hate the mall but I adore this store. Such an awesome selection of pop culture items and very friendly, informed service. There are very good, highly discounted deals to be found if you are willing to dig and/or cast a wide net.

I adore this store! It kinda reminds me of a more toned down version of hot topic. They have a lot japanese candy too which is hard to find where i live. Im especially excited about some of the starter subscription boxes they have and they arent any more expensive either.

This new store has all sorts of stuff to bring to the table! Collectors items to comic book characters, Cds, DVDs, clothes, electronics, EVERYTHING! If there was one place in Duluth I could or had the chance to spend thousands of dollars on, it would be FYE! Thanks for making your store an addicting place to shop! Lol.

Best place to go for Japanese/ Korean snaks and candy. Great place to get anime clothing. As well as movies, games, and other cool electronics.

Wow! A really cool place in Miller Hill Mall! I stopped there a few times, and had good experiences. I'd say it's as good as Hot Topic.

Jake at the Duluth location is AWESOME!! I tried calling the Burnsville location three times and no one picked up (apparently something may be up with their phones?). Not only did Jake offer to reach out to the Burnsville store, but he also checked on the pricing and availability for the product I was looking for! Seeing as he's nowhere near Burnsville, he didn't have to do that! Now THAT'S great customer service!
