I came in to help my dad get a new phone and it was a breeze. I attribute this to Riley who helped us out. He knew exactly what he was doing, respected our choices, offered suggestions for recovering data from the shattered phone, and was very kind and personable. There's a few staff members who are go-tos for customers at this store and Riley is one of them. Thank you!

My phone was acting up and wanted to see my options, Jose helped me out with finding out a solution to my issues. He was insightful and honest, no gimmicks. Overall pleasant experience

Ann was really amazing and provided the best possible service at the store. We were planning to switch our internet service provider. After finding out about the T-Mobile 5G Home Internet we decided to check it out and take advantage of the Trial offer. Ann was extremely helpful, explained about 5G Home Internet and the offered plan in great detail. She also set it all up at the store, answered all my questions to full satisfaction. It is working very well, the coverage throughout the house is excellent! It was a great experience, very happy with the service provided. Strongly recommend this store!

Joe is extremely knowledgeable and was a great help. Others were also very good, but less experienced. These days it's difficult to figure out what kind of deals you are eligible for and is just easier to go into the store to have them help sort it out.

We started working with this store because my husband needed to replace his Apple Watch. I called another nearby store and the gentleman I spoke to was not very helpful in terms of helping me understand what my options were for getting my husband a new watch. He was also not very friendly. I called this store which is right down the street, and the service was wildly different. We have now gotten our new watch from this location, and we went in earlier this week to upgrade our phones and again, recievef awesome service. Mario and team are great people to work with. These kinds of upgrades are not straight forward so having someone take the time and make it fun has been awesome. We will always go to this store!

Went in to shop for a new provider (leaving AT&T). From the start, it was a great experience. The store was very well kept and inviting. EJ and Alexis were awesome with helping us get everything transferred over and ensured we got the best possible deal. Ended up opening three new lines with them. Would absolutely recommend this store's team to make your cell phone shopping easy.

We went there for starting a family plan for 3 phones and a watch. Ann has been very helpful and patient helping us switch us from our original carrier and explain how the watch add-on work in the family plan.

David and Yajaira met and anticipated our needs 100%, both going above and beyond in customer service and satisfaction! I'd highly recommend this location and both of these talented Sprint professionals. They provided answers for all of our questions and were able to think outside the box to provide solutions to our unique upgrade requests for our family plan with different phones and varying needs. We ALL were extremely impressed with how they conducted themselves as professionals, their ability to troubleshoot and resolve our issues, and offer creative solutions when we needed them to. They also were very fun to work with and a great team ! We all left happy and appreciative and glad we are remaining Sprint customers for another two years..

Joined Sprint through this location one year ago. Alex and Nathan are great! Always helpful and friendly. I can call or stop in and get great service - from signup, to setting up new phone, trading in damaged phone. Rates are great, plans offered very economical. Highly recommend this location and Sprint service overall! Very satisfied.

I have been frustrated with Sprint service and customer support. Then I walked into this Sprint and received the best customer support ever. The manager Moody and his team are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They go the extra mile and have transformed my opinion of Sprint. Mind you, there were plenty of bad experiences with other stores. If you are in the area, this is the Sprint Store to do business with.

I recently decided to upgrade to the iPhone 7 Plus. From the moment I walked in, Yajaira greeted me respectfully and made me a priority. I had alot of questions about the logistics of upgrading from the 6s all the way to the 7 Plus, and she was extremely knowlegeable and helpful. She was also patient with me when i had to leave in the middle of our interaction and take care of a personal matter. When I came back, she remembered me and had all my info ready to go. I ordered the phone and walked out feeling great. My phone arrived just a few days later, very quickly when compared to some order times i had heard from people. Yajaira called me personally when it arrived and invited me in to set it up. Again as soon as I walked in, she remembered me and we got to work right away. I was also able to speak with the store manager, Dave, who was also very knowledgable and easy to talk to. I had 60 gigs to transfer to the new phone so it took a while. In the mean time both Yajaira and Dave were friendly, personable, and overall just pleasant to be around. Overall i had a 10/10 experience with this sales team. I would recomend this sprint store to anyone i know. I am extremely happy with my experince and my new Iphone7. Great job guys, it was a pleasure.

I want to give a big Thank You to Joseph. He was able to help set up my new phone. I made the mistake of getting a phone from Best Buy, where I was sent home without finishing the set up. I learned my lesson and will not return to Best Buy for my next phone. Thanks again Joseph, I'll see you when it's time for an upgrade.

These guys gave me the best customer service I’ve ever received! My phone broke down out of nowhere and I brought it in with the store being open for only 30 more minutes. These guys kept the store open another hour just for me to set up a new phone. Eric was the most helpful guy in there! Highly recommend going to this Sprint store location!

When my husband and i walked in we were greeted right away by Yajaira. She was very polite and kind, she helped us upgrade our lines from our old Notes to our new Note 8's which we love. It was the fastest i have ever walked in to a sprint store and walked out, i was very pleased with the service and wont go anywhere else. Highly recommend this location and for anyone to come see Yajaira. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

Jay was so amazing!! I had trouble with my data after switching from AT&T but he fixed it super quick & was very personable throughout the whole transaction! Fantastic customer service!! Made me so much less stressed about my phone after the appointment!

Multiple times in past 2 weeks I've had issues where phone support was poor or lacking. Nathan was there all 3, 4 times and was so helpful and alleviated much stress under difficult conditions. I'm still with Sprint because of Nathan.

Joe is great! After multiple poor experiences at other locations, Joe was able to listen to my concern, share my options and provide a quick resolution. Joe has exceeded our expectations!
