Great food and good atmosphere. Food came out fast, the flaming cheese is really good, I also got the pork chops which were amazing. Highly recommend the pork chops.

Came here due to the reviews. They were not wrong! Spectacular dinner in a casual, comfortable, clean, and welcoming environment. Fantastic menu variety, there's really something for everyone here. The fried zucchini chips were excellent, the saganaki was a flaming delight, Mediterranean Salmon was fresh and flavorful, and Swordfish Steak was prepared to perfection and one of the best I've ever had. Service was friendly, prompt, and attentive. Restrooms were spotless. Staff all worked together to ensure guest satisfaction. Yeah, I'll be headed back here again soon!

We have been passing by this Greek Restaurant for 10 years, and finally decided to stop in. What a wonderful delight. Immediately seated, table service was prompt, Niko our server was on the spot in every aspect, and the food was DE-LISH!!!!

We had a great experience. Our server was very attentive while still giving us room to enjoy our conversation amongst one another. The food was amazing. We ordered a lot because we wanted to taste a bit of everything and we were not disappointed.

Place gets busy, but tables seem to be available.
Staff will consistently check up on you to ensure your accommodations are met.
Definitely order the cold spread sampler to start.
If you love seafood try the grilled octopus (not the small ones) it's cooked to perfection.
Portions are generous so come hungry.
You absolutely have to order dessert even if you take it togo. It's unbelievable.

I’ve been coming here with my family/friends for a long time. The place is yet to disappoint! Excellent food and service! Everything on the menu is very good. My favorite dish is the Mediterranean Chicken with rice and a side of avgo lemono (lemon soup). I highly recommend this place! Although I ordered take out this time I recommend dine in or take out.

This is the best restaurant I’ve ever eaten at. The service is amazing. I came and visited my family from out of town and I ate there every single night. The service is so good. Shout out to Nikos and Raheem— honestly, every server is so good. They make you feel like family. They’re constantly filling up your water, giving you bread, and have awesome attitudes. Food is unmatched. Anything off the menu is an automatic 10. The atmosphere is very relaxing and pleasant. It makes me want to stay there all night. I want to have my wedding at Greek Islands.

Greek Islands may be one of the best, if not the best, Greek restaurants in the entire Chicagoland area. Great food, atmosphere, and fantastic staff. My recommendation to family and friends is to definitely go here hungry.. when you leave you will know why! The portion sizes are massive.. so go ready to eat and enjoy!

Always great. This time it was packed so we sat at the bar. It took a little bit to get to us and it was hard to find someone to order, but like always, amazing food and happy servers.

Greek Islands Lombard is absolutely amazing and I try to stop anytime I'm in town. The steamed salmon with vegetables is so delicious the table next to me asked what I had. It paired great with the lemon and rice soup. The service from Erick was top notch. If I could give them more stars I would.

Update: Visited again for dinner. Got a daily special and it was good. They are always excellent with the service and food.
It was loud but it was because people were having a great dining experience. Delicious food, good bread, grilled octopus was delicious! Everyone enjoyed the meal.

Was celebrating our anniversary there. All top noth. Food to die for. Service was swift, attentive and very polite. The atmosphere was calm with nice Greek music, not too load just right. You want the best? Go to this place! Prices are fair too. Not over expensive but worth every penny.

This place was amazing! We had an 80th birthday party there and Ivan was our server. He went above and beyond! The entire staff was so helpful and accommodating in making sure everything was just right! We brought a cake with us and they even took in the back and cut it up and served it! Great experience!

Delicious food. Staff is friendly and very efficient. We were there on a Sunday and the place was packed. I would assume if you went on a Saturday it would be best to make a reservation. In any event we will definitely be going there again. Highly recommend.

First time here. The finest service. The most attentive servers and staff. Portions were most plentiful. Fully satisfied. Felt most welcome.

The food is awesome, but the place feels kinda old and could use a makeover. Avoid getting wine here, they overcharge big time. We got a Chardonnay for $30, but it turned out to be a $6 bottle you can buy at any local store. Total rip-off!

The food is good but the quantity has declined when it’s to-go. I visit this place frequently and never disappointed with the quality. I just wish the portions would have stayed the same when you order carry out.
