I’m giving here a 5 star rating simply because of Cheryl (Service Advisor). My experience with her was UNMATCHED. I’ve never had such a wonderful experience at a car dealership, let alone while having to spend WAY more than I expected. She truly went above and beyond, even sending me videos of the new issues found! She made sure I understood everything perfectly and made everything work out in the end for me! She NEEDS/DESERVES a raise, bonus, and paid vacation 😂 100% recommend everyone that is getting serviced to request her!

Wish i could give more stars my wife and I couldn't have had a better experience with this dealership. From the moment we got there Evelin was kind courteous and professional as well as her manager Brian we did not purchase on day 1 because the vehicle we wanted was in route to the dealership Evelin and Brian still treated us with the upmost respect and answered all questions we had they were never once trying to push a sale on us like the other 7-8 dealerships we went to and most of those other dealerships made my wife and I feel uneasy all the other dealerships would call text and email several times a day bothering me. With Evelin she only reached out when necessary which made everything more relaxing as soon as the vehicle arrived she reached out to let me know and the next day we came in to finalize the deal and they went out of there way to find us a great financing deal. If your wondering what dealership you should purchase from in my personal opinion it should be this one and make sure you ask for Evelin to assist you on your next car purchase thank you Evelin Brian and the hard working team at DuPage Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram for making my 25 year dream of purchasing a brand new Jeep quick easy and most of all a reality (been wanting a Jeep Wrangler since I was 16 lol)

Yesterday, 9-26-2023 I went in for service. The Dupage CDJR service team to include Bob U, Jesse, and the service tech, really took care of me and my new RAM. The service was excellent and was completed quicker than anticipated!

I had an awesome experience at this dealership. My current car (not a Dodge) has been in the shop for almost 2 months needing an engine replacement. I was in a rental car which happened to be a Dodge Charger and really liked the car, so I stopped in here and was promptly greeted by Brian B and Krystian. I told them what I was looking for and they took me out on the lot to find my perfect car. This dealership has an expansive inventory...seriously there is something here for everybody and every budget. I found a car I liked, and Brian got the keys, threw em to me and said...have fun. Krystian and I took the car for a test drive and the rest is history. Both Brian and Krystian are great sales persons, they are knowledgeble and answered my many questions about differences in models, engines, trims etc. They were not at all pushy or overbearing and allowed me time to mull over various cars. Krystian was especially attentive to our needs while we were waiting for financing, offering us coffee and water and checking back on us from time to time as we were waiting. Brian did everything he could to get me the best deal on my dream car. There were no surprises or hidden costs, total transparency from start to finish. My car arrived at the front door cleaned, with a full tank of gas and Krystian even took it back in because he saw a smudge on the window....talk about service!!!! Highly recommend and totally satisfied.

Recommend this dealership. The whole process was quick and easy. Great customer service. My fiance and I were welcomed the minute we got off our car at the dealership. We had a lot great options to choose from, and Jorge Matos helped us out a lot. He made sure to work around my ideal price range for the car I wanted. Overall the whole team was very welcoming, friendly and willing to work with us.

I purchased my last two new vehicles (2014 Jeep Cherokee and 2015 Town and Country van) at DuPage. I received good trade-in value and paid a reasonable purchase price for both. All of my subsequent service has been performed by DuPage and has been outstanding. Never have had a problem with them! Personable and friendly personnel. Jeep manager Cheri Shea works above and beyond to ensure that you are satisfied. Highly recommended.

My challenger had a spa day here last Thursday, oil change, tire rotation, check up and a wash. Was told it would be 2 hours and was texted before that deadline my baby was ready for pickup. Thanks David, the Jeep side rocks!

I highly recommend this dealer. Emmanuel was a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable and helped us get our dream pick up truck. His fun and professional personality made things so much easier. We also worked with Julie and she was super nice and friendly and helped us close the transaction. We appreciate her patience as we were there for some time and she stayed until the end. She explained the final details of our truck and loved our truck more knowing it had more amenities than we thought. Highly recommend coming here.

Amazing Service Center, the only place to service not just your CJDR vehicles. Mike and Big Box Joe can handle anything that comes their way. Super clean state of the art facility with top notch staff who concentrate on the Customer first. The only place I service my Jeep is Dupage.

Bob Utterback was very polite and the service on my truck was done in about 90 minutes, I will recommend the dealership to everyone who needs work done on there Rams and Jeeps and I will return in the future.

I was in a weird situation where I knew I would have negative equity, but Octavio did everything he could to give me a good price and make me a satisfied customer. Easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Salesman wasn't pushy and finance guy made everything easy. No one ever tried scaring me into buying extra warranties or services. They even transferred my old plates without trying to get me to buy new ones. Over all everything went well. I'll definitely look there first for my next car.

Well, nothing has been fixed yet. I’m still waiting on a steering control module, because my heated steering wheel does not work. There are still issues with paint bubbling up on all four of my doors and the hood of my Jeep.

I had to go in for an oil change - they got me in and out of there quickly. The team went above and beyond when I mentioned I had a piece of jewelry that fell under the seat in an area that couldn't be reached without removing the seat. I really appreciated everyone’s effort in finding it and so does my husband as he had just bought it for me for Christmas. 🤣
