I’m always leery of car dealerships in general based on previous experience but Gerald Subaru in Naperville was willing to work with us on our new Wilderness. Overall, it was a good experience. Jim was easy to deal with, patient, respectful and professional. Kevin was patient and fair. Most of all, I love driving my new Outback!

Never would I have thought the car-buying process could be so easy. My father and I recently came in to buy a car and, from start to finish, Gerald Subaru took excellent care of us and treated us like family. From our very first interactions, Brandon, our salesman, provided us with outstanding service. Before we even left the house, Brandon was able to answer all our questions as well as take numerous pictures of the car for us (even in the cold)! When we arrived, it was no different. Brandon was phenomenal, he took fantastic care of us; he is a great communicator, and all-around genuine guy. The staff were all welcoming and those who were directly involved, Brandon, Anthony M., and Leo V., were all incredible in making sure no stone was left unturned. We were adequately presented with all possible options and were able to walk away knowing we made the best possible deal. Could not be any happier with their service. Coming from Indiana, we had cover quite a bit of land to get there but given the quality of their service and the passion from the staff, my father and I would be more than happy to give Gerald Subaru of Naperville more business in the future.

It was my very first time in Naperville Subaru dealership service department. Ime Colin was my service officer. He was quite pleasant, amiable and professionally very helpful to explain the details of what my car needs to run worry free and efficiently.
It was indeed a great experience and very satisfied with the inspection and the oil change.

I got a great deal. I was given 1 extra day to think about the offer. My salesman was so nice and so helpful, including some followup communications. When I found that the AM/FM radio did not work, I was given a priority to get it fixed. Also I was not hassled when I decided that I really did not need the extended warranty. I like that I am getting a followup visit on how to setup and use the controls on the Subaru Forester. Gerald is a quality dealership, and my salesman is a quality salesman.

Internet sales manager Maria and sales rep Leo Lopez was a blast. They did what they promised and all with a big smile. Just a joy to work with and I highly recommend them. I definitely have to give a big shout out to Jacob and his crew at Gerald Subaru. Hands down recommendations for them. We explained what was happening and the guys really took the time to test all of the electronics in my son’s car and I mean all of it to figure out the problem. Jacob made multiple phone calls to the warranty company making sure we could get coverage where ever possible. A 2013 BRZ = A LOT OF TIME. Jacob and the crew were great with keeping us updated throughout the process. I am beyond happy them. A Big THANK YOU to Jacob and his crew!

The check in process went smoothly and they were ready for me at the scheduled time. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. There are beverages and snacks available at no charge. I also appreciate having a “quiet zone” where I could read without noisy distractions. I had to leave my car and was contacted within a few hours with the update and need to order parts. The car was washed at no charge which was a help to me.

Friendly staff and reasonable prices. Technician Jose Ramirez took care of my STI and did an awesome job! My vehicle was having some transmission problems and Jose was able to figure out the issue right away and corrected it! Service advisor provided me with a loaner car and was very informative throughout the entire process while my vehicle was in for service. Definitely recommend people to go here. 5 stars for this dealership!

This is my first Subaru and purchase from this dealership. My first regular maintenance visit went well. Smooth check in and service completed faster than expected. Friendly staff and a nice/comfortable waiting area stocked with snacks and refreshments.

Great service. We had a problem with a front passenger side seat belt that wouldn’t retract because the belt was doubled and caught in the metal retractor. Manuel unjammed the webbing but, because the belt had been pulled so severely in several tries to unjam it, the belt’s tension was weak and a safety issue. We needed to replace the entire belt assembly. Leo was able to get us goodwill warranty coverage of the belt and installation so no charge! Amazing customer care by the service people at Gerald Subaru.

Had undercoated and ceramic treatment outside, interior also had protection on my new outback wilderness! Jose greeted me in the service department and had a loaner ready to go. Jose called me to give me a heads up my Outback would be ready in about an hour. Called again when it was ready. Great service and my Outback looked awesome!

Work was completed in the time frame agreed on. Personnel are knowledgeable and friendly. The staff alerted us to a failure of the battery on a load test and suggested replacement. We agreed as the battery was approaching replacement age.

Gerald Subaru of Naperville is one of the very best service departments I had to fix my 2010 Outback. Chuck is a remarkable Service Manager, I showed up at his service department, I didn’t have an appointment,I was desperate my vehicle, had gone through 3 batteries my place Belle Tire here in Yorkville couldn’t understand why that kept happening, so I called the Subaru Dealer closest to me 45 minutes away, unfortunately I couldn’t reach anyone I assumed that they were so busy. So I just went there and the first person I ran into was Chuck Dziak, he looked at me and said my name, and I answered yes. I told him I was having a large problem with my SUV and explained it to him. He didn’t tell me that I needed an appointment instead he took me under his wing, I told him that I needed to be done by 2:30 because I can’t night drive. He got one of their mechanics on it right away, he came to talk to me and gave me updates on my vehicle. He was so helpful above and beyond what he probably had to do since it was so busy. He got me out of there a little after 1:00 PM. To me he is definitely an asset to your cooperation, I am thankful for all he did to get me back on the road early so I could back home before dark, I live about 45 minutes away and let me tell you to turn on my vehicle and it actually started when I turned the key. I pray you let him know that he was definitely a wonderful asset. I do tell other people about how I was cared for, and a lot good things about your dealership. I live in a seniors building and they will know how well I loved your service department. Anyway thank you for incredible service!!!!

Fast and efficient service. Excellent customer service by Eddie with a lot of "K"s in his last name. Eddie explained everything was done to my vehicle and what should be done in the near future. Beautiful waiting area with a fancy coffee/expresso drinks machine, sodas, water and snacks. Let's not forget the free WiFi! Thanks again 👍.

We bought our 2023 Subaru new here. It was a good buying experience. The salesman (Trace) was chill, no pressure. The manager was the same. The only annoying part was the dude trying to sell us unwanted warranty options after we dealt with the salesman. He put the pressure on, but that was just annoying, no more than that.

Service: we also have experience here already because of some minor thing needing fixing (nail in tire). Really great communication and on time. Great customer waiting area. Kid friendly.
