Half Price Books

Ordered a fairly rare book by phone. They found a copy up in their Niles store. The book was ready for me to pick up in less than 2 days!! I spent a couple hours browsing, and bought another book as well! Really nice place ! Staff great folks!!

This place is very organized . Everything is catergorized and the staff is always helpful. My 12 yr old granddaughter loves Half Price Books. This is one of our favorite places to patronize when we are together. They even have a little children's area with tables, chairs & toys. We're never disappointed with this book store!

They have stuff for everyone. They have stationary, board games, puzzles, mugs, novelty items, video games, etc.

The people that work there are amazing. There was one time that I asked a question and then the man asked me questions about what types of video games I like to play. One of the games he suggested is now one of my favorite games to play.

I travel to the Half Price Books in every town I go to and this one is the best one I have gone to. The selection is great. Usually the books are the same old books, but this one had a great variety of titles.

They had tons of books I’ve been wanting, that are mostly new. Friendly staff and organized well.

5 stars... Except when they won't accept a $50 bill your grandfather gave you for your birthday because it was an old bill that didn't have a strip in it... That day they were only 2 stars... 😕 Had to use a credit card to pay for my purchases... McDonalds cashed my $50 bill though... 🤔

This is our goto place for our kids books and mangas. The staff is always helpful and when there was an issue with a book, they did right by their customer. I would recommend this place compared to the other hpbs in the surrounding areas

Big selection and great prices. Luckily, it's close to my home, definitely not going back to Barnes and noble. I highly recommend this place.

I brought my daughter here to find some graphic novels and kids chapter books. They have an excellent selection of those and everything else. It was a pleasant throwback to see some older books, vinyl, CDs and some old video games for sale.

They had what we needed, looks cool and convenient location.

A large selection of used books, CDs, and Vinyls. Lots to look at and friendly staff. Worth a visit!

Friendly staff and good book collection. I go here to buy for my 7 year old. Prices are cheap but when you try to sell, you get not more than 20% of actual price for kids books. They have an area where kids or adults can sit and read.

Excellent place to buy old books and titles usually not available in elsewhere. However, for a number of titles, the new books were cheaper on amazon.

Great. My granddaughter brought in used and brand new books. Obviously they are a business, so what you get is about 20% of what they would sell the book for. But very friendly staff. Pretty quick at determining what they will offer you.
