Great experience. It is huge and almost every household appliances and commodities are available there. The food court is also good. The food is good and hygienic.

I’ve been coming to this IKEA for my shopping needs for years! They keep their stock as fulfilled as they possibly can (due to what trucks receive from their warehouse) Their products on the floor are always zoned and organized. Aisles are always clean and they have a fun play area/ball pit where you can drop off your children (limited time) for free so you could do your shopping 🛒.

The food area has so much delicious foods such as my favorite the vegan hot dog, veggie meatballs, and cheesecake. I love all their foods ketchup, mustard, candies and 🍪 cookies.

Their parking lot 🅿 is pretty good when it comes to their carts always cleared from damaging the customers cars. I’ve always managed to find a parking space in the lot.

All their employees were super friendly and knowledgeable. No matter what time of day or season, if you happen to come in to this IKEA it’s an experience you will never forget I highly recommend to shop at this IKEA location. 🤓

Had to make a return yesterday. Got the wrong closet measurement when it picked up the new one great products and easy assembly. Return was easy and the new order pick up was easy as well. Very efficient place for it being so big.

We came for a dresser for our son… very proud to say we stayed focused and scored! My husband and I put it together seemlessly. No missing/damaged parts:) Happy customers & son!

Had to get a small table for a 3d printer. The one employee who helped was really nice and showed me various options. So I got that and a bucket hat for a secret Santa gift

It was my first time there and honestly the whole experience was magical

Enjoyable shopping. Good food in the cafe. Great little greenhouses in two sizes. Just right for orchids and the plants IKEA sells.

I love this store!! Always clean. Smells good. Friendly staff. I just wish it was easier to walk through? I feel like I've never seen the whole store cuz there are so many ways in and out. 🤣

IKEA in Bolingbrook, IL, is a shopping adventure. The vast showroom displays stylish furniture and home goods. Prices are reasonable, but assembly can be a challenge. The Swedish cafeteria adds a unique touch with tasty meatballs. Navigating the store can be overwhelming, so plan for a few hours. Great for home essentials and inspiration!

This was our very first time visiting Ikea, people always have nice things to say about it and they're usually obsessed with it so we know that we had to go to see what all the hype was about since we were in town visiting! They were exactly right the store was amazing and so were the prices, they pretty much had everything you could think of that you would need in your home and then some! We actually got lost while we were inside because there were many turns and corners and separate rooms. Once we figure it out our route in the store and found the elevator we went up to the second floor. The elevator was humongous, at one point there were about 7 people, two carts, maintenance, and a electric scooter. They did real nice on their marketing having different displays of different rooms like bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms it was real nice to see them all displayed on the floor and the fact that it told you the total price if you wanted to do this in your home. My husband and I were really surprised at the prices that we seen in the store, there were some really great bargains that we took advantage of a lot more things that we will probably come back and purchase! The quality of the product was even better then we thought that it would be also! I didn't necessarily need hangers but they were space-saving hangers and they were only $1.87 for 10 that's really going to help out in a house with four closets. We found a piece of furniture that we wanted to purchase but we seen that there wasn't boxes of these products nearby so we just took a picture of the tag and continued on our way. Eventually we came to the warehouse part of the store which I thought was pretty cool because you could just go through and find the item that you wanted and put it in your cart! I thought that was really neat and super convenient!
The restaurant was actually closed but we were able to see it and take a picture I'm pretty sure that you could order food to go but you just couldn't dine in. While we were exiting there was kind of a snack bar area I'm not exactly sure what it was called but you could order hot dogs, Pizza, ice cream cone exedra even their prices for their food was very reasonable I'm pretty sure the ice cream cone was only $1.
The only negative comment that I have about the store was the fact that the shopping carts were all driving sideways and drifting it was kind of funny at the same time but they weren't the best carts for that type of store however we got our shopping done so I have no complaints here! Other than that our first trip to Ikea was amazing and we will definitely be returning!

My FAVORITE store! There's so much stuff to look at! Affordable for family's. One stop shop for all of your home decor needs. And something for every style.It's endless. Kid friendly,clean,very well organized,& very helpful! Great customer service

Surprisingly friendly and very helpful employees the day after Thanksgiving!!! With the exception of inadvertently getting charged twice for an item (honest mistake, as it was a complicated order), this was a great experience! Schaumburg is closer to me, but the customer service was worth the trip out here.

The store has the best price on household items and the appliances are so inexpensive.

It's always a good place to visit in order to have a better idea how the new furniture will look at home, The design programs installed on their computer offer a great resource to the public.

Visited IKEA Bolingbrook to pick up a couple of items. The store was well stocked on this visit for me. I also picked up some items from the IKEA food court downstairs near check stands.

As busy as ever with lots of new things. Great new Christmas decorations in the store the week before Thanksgiving 2022.

Always good. We got tons of lighting for our house. Kids played in the kids play area. Everything was nice and pleasant. We ate some yogert w/ berries and yum!
One thing we had to bring back was a pendant light because a part was missing, so double check you get everything.

IKEA is a good store to purchase for your home's additional needs. If you like periodically changing your room appearance, at a lower cost I recommend it. Easy to find some ideas for every corner of your home.

Very clean, everything is well organized. Prices are reasonable and there is a good selection demonstrtated that you can choose from. You can truly find anything for your home. Plenty of modern ideas for your home. Furniture was available for a small home as well as a much more spacious one. Some selections were marked as sold out but when I checked in the marketplace or aisle and bin there would be some in stock. You can also check online for those items and may find them available to ship to your home. Additional plus side is if you are buying big heavy items you can pull your car up to the exit and park it for easy and convenient loading. You may want to have someone with you to take advantage of that. Happy shopping.

My recent visit to IKEA was short but successful for many reasons.

We needed a Junior bed for our 5-year-old and we found one at a great price.

Secondly, the store was seemingly empty on that weekday as opposed to during the weekends.

We strolled the entire store, scanning items we needed without any hurry, also bought a couple more things required for the kitchen meanwhile, they announced the store was closing early that day.

I had been to other IKEA locations in the past and the orderliness, cleanliness, the efficiency of their employees, the whole set up always surprise me positively.

The check out process was super quick.

PS- There’s an elevator and escalator to access the store. Huge parking space available including accessible parking.

Best place to shop for home goods, good quality and price. There are 2 levels - first level is where you can find all the home goods and 2nd level has the sample setup for reference which is a small walk along with a onsite restaurant. Only tiring thing is you have to walk the entire store to checkout. Employees are helpful. Weekends can be a bit crowded and ample parking space available.
