From the very beginning John showed his professionalism. He greeted us kindly, asking for permission to enter our home. I showed him where the work would be so he could assess. He assured me he would take care of our home and immediately got to work. My curiosity got the best of me, and I was able to ask questions through out. Never did John or Victor make me feel I was a nuisance. They educated me through the entire process and were happy to do so. I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Highly recommend!

I recently had our water heater installed by Tom, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Tom was prompt, professional, and efficient. Justin Morrison is such a professional. I have several plumbing projects that I need assistance with and we didn’t know where to begin. Justin is so knowledgeable and helpful. Every question I threw his way he knew the answer to and provided helpful suggestions. I had many plumbing concerns and he was very patient with me to address them all. I’m not very good with home project issues, so it was a breath of fresh air to finally have someone I felt was very competent and trustworthy to address these issues. I’ve used Precision Plumbing before and they’ve always exceeded my expectations. But I have to say, having Justin to our house was the best experience yet and I’ll recommend him and Precision Plumbing to all our family and friends. Give that man a raise he is an asset to your company!

My main out was clogged so my toilets wouldn't flush. I called a few plumbers on a Saturday night, and no one could come out over the weekend, but Precision could!
They sent Erik, and he was phenomenal! I told him about the history of the issue, and he asked some questions and from that he had a good idea (figured out) what the issue was. He recommended the most reasonable service with a game plan to see if there is a possible larger issue. He also had a ton of tips and knowledge about city programs to help supplement costs IF there is a large issue with the line. I was in good hands, and it is very much appreciated.

My experience with Patrick at Precision Plumbing couldn't have been better. He arrived very quickly from the time I called for service. He was courteous, clean and efficient. He offered me several options, with prices, explained each and never pressured me.
Besides replacing my worn-out water heater, he successfully diagnosed a very troubling problem that had been producing a thunderous noise throughout the house when the sump pump completed a cycle. He explained that he would have to charge me more than my handyman would to perform the solution, but I elected to have Patrick complete the work.
I am thoroughly satisfied with every aspect with my experience with Patrick.

I wanted to take a moment to thank Steve S. and Precision Today for the tremendous attention to detail they gave us on our electrical system overhaul. Our home electric system was over 50 years old and Steve S. was instrumental in coordinating with ComEd to make sure that our fuse box and wiring were changed over to an up-to-code switch box. Steve was most professional, polite and helpful when answering our questions and showed up to work hard when he arrived. He even worked late to make sure that the power was working before he left. I also want to thank Cathy and the other ladies in the office for their professionalism in giving us the right information when we asked and took the extra time to explain everything in ways we could understand. Steve is awesome! He came, did a thorough inspection of the problem, gave me a list of options that would work, helped me make a choice and then worked hard to get it all done and right, and in time. Seriously! What else can you ask for?
Adding to the review - Steve came back to make sure that everything was working properly, added a bit more tightening to the mounts ‘just in case’, and then also completed another task I asked him about. That too was done in a professional manner. It’s also great how he cleans after himself, essentially leaving the place as clean as it was before he started working on it. Trust me, most plumbers don’t do that. I would recommend Steve wholeheartedly!

Steve was very knowledgeable and his experience showed. He clearly explained what needed to be done allowing me to make a fully informed decision. He installed my hot water heater in a timely manner and within code. I would recommend Steve without hesitation.

The customer service rep was friendly and helpful. The tech (Patrick) was friendly and helpful, identifying the issue and fixing it in a matter of minutes. Though we thought replacement might be needed, Patrick did the work and saved us a lot of money rather than replacing, and no charge. Integrity and honesty. So nice!
