Thank you! For helping me out, when you were not able to scan the label and after I was returned several time after printing the label twice earlier at the “Weber road ups store near kohls).this UpS store on 95th near Nequa high school, two reps there, they were as well not able to scan but quickly typed in the code and I was all set. @ups , please hire folks who want to work like these two boys here.

Thank you to the UPS store for doing a fantastic job creating a direct mail piece for my small business. Pam and Erin made it so easy! They helped with selecting the mail routes, creating the marketing piece, and of course the mailing. I find it to be a very easy, cost effective, and professional way to advertise. Thank you for providing this service!
I also use this store for my personal mailings and the people that work there have been very helpful in finding the most cost effective means of shipping, and have been very efficient and polite. I’d would definitely recommend this store for business and personal shipping and marketing needs.

We had a lot to ship and no idea what size box or boxes we would need. We were dreading having to go to ups based on reviews we read for other stores. Sean was extremely helpful and we had a great experience. Right away he got us into the correct boxes and weight limits.

Matt was working the counter and couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. I had some issues with my shipping label and he helped sort it out for me. His attitude (patient) was what every customer deserves to experience when they stop into any shop. Thanks for making my trip in hassle free!

Love this UPS store. Have used for many years. Today I brought in 6 mostly very large packages, was served with helpfulness and a smile; special thanks to Anna who helped me today! All staff at this location has been great in my experience.

This store has great service and I would gladly comeback anytime. The workers here were very nice and assisted me with my printing, shipping, and packaging needs for prices that were both competitive and pleased me. I am very happy and I recommend this place to anyone.

Stellar service! Our company ships high-end stereo equipment and expensive antiques all over the United States. We have worked with every shipper under the sun. When we have high-value items that must arrive on time, we go straight to UPS Naperville Store. Pam and the staff there are amazing!!

We do a lot of printing, like yard signs, and posters for my job. I'll send in an email with what I need and it is never more than a day turn around. I like how fast they are at responding to emails for print jobs as well! Keep up the awesome work! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We do open every morning 8:30 and at 9 on Saturdays.
We had car issues with that morning and had the store open at 8:50.
We are sorry to cause any inconvenience, but as you probably have experienced car issues as well, you can understand.

I had a great experience there. All the staff was very professional and friendly. One staff member, I think his name was Matt, was very helpful and lifted my package right up to the counter. Ill be back again soon, hopefully Matt will be there again.

I've done a lot of business with this location in the last few years and have had an excellent experience every time. I understand people on here have had negative experiences, but I have never once been treated poorly and the service has always been prompt, polite, and friendly! The owners are very knowledgeable and have always offered to help with any questions or problems. Hats off to you and your staff!!

Went to store to mail several items. Staff member Matt handled packaging and mailing all items in a quick, professional and efficient manner. All the employees were very helpful.

Store associates were very knowledgeable and friendly. I've had no problems shipping a package or doing printing there. Best UPS store I've been to.

I really needed to pick up my package and got to the store a few min after closing time, but they were very accommodating and let me pickup my package!

Claire was very patient with my disorganized return, very diligent to make sure that I got credit for the multiple items returned and was very professional during the entire experience

Went to do a notary on a Saturday afternoon after the service hours and before the closing. Called up and the notary waited for me to help. So nice of the team!

This store was amazing. The service was very fast and all the workers were very pleasant. Highly recommend it!
