Patrick was an absolute gentleman, and so knowledgeable, kind, and friendly! Made my daughter and I feel welcome and even gave it a nice personal touch by asking about my daughter's anime socks. Love it! Felt comfortable and educated. Ended with a polite handshake and wishes for a good day which is common, yet felt truly genuine. And Gideon is the whole reason we went back to NB, he helped my son a few months back; such patience! These guys know their stuff. Thanks!!

My wife and I went visited for the first time with intentions of buying me new running shoes. We didn't have high hopes as I wear a size 17 shoe. We couldn't of been happier with our experience. Not only did they have my size but they had several options for me to choose from. The staff was polite, engaged and friendly. We ended up buying not only a pair for myself but a pair for my wife as well. I will be returning to this store the next time either of us need new shoes. I could not recommend this store more.

Exceptional staff. Friendly and really know what type of shoes fit our need. Highly recommend this store. You won't be unhappy here. The staff accommodated my son with special needs that has braces and needed a bigger size to fit the braces. I'm forever grateful for new balance.

Great store, the staff are incredible, plus take the time to get to know you & your needs in a shoe form. I love the fact that I can bring my mom in there so that she's able to walk more comfortably. The guys in the store don't treat you just like customers they treat you more like family. Patrick & Gideon, plus the rest of the staff, I can't sing you're praise enough. Gideon was extremely helpful! He measured my feet twice, brought out 4 pairs to choose from and didn't push by price, only by fit. Top priority was making sure I wore my favorite shoes out of the store, whether cheap or expensive.

I have been wearing New Balance shoes for decades. They are great shoes. The New Balance store in Naperville is a good store. They had just what I needed. The salesman was knowledgeable, professional and pleasant. I will be back.

Good experience overall. Got a pair of the 990v6. Staff was good over all, only spoke with the guy that helped me. He knew a lot about all of the shoes, and even pointed me to the V6 as I was looking at the V5. Shoe selection was good, and they even help you try them on, I’m talking lacing and tying the shoes for you. I’d recommend.

Gideon was absolutely wonderful! He measured everything took time to explain everything brought numerous options to look at and came up with an amazing pair of shoes for me. Very happy with the shoes but the service is phenomenal.

Our family of 4 received excellent service from Gideon during a recent visit to the store. He was patient, polite, eager to please, and knew his product. He fitted us with several colors and types until we were satisfied. Very rare to find service like this anymore.

Associate Gideon was absolutely fantastic! He was polite, courteous, fun and very knowledgeable! As soon as I came in I told him exactly what I was looking for and he made a recommendation and also got some orthotics for me. He was very knowledgeable about each type of shoe and offered pros and cons of each one. He helped me get exactly what I wanted and was very pleasant and uplifting to talk with as well. The world needs more employees like Gideon! I will definitely be back again !

I've been here a couple of times.
The store is always neat and clean. The guys who help me are always polite.
I've worn the same style shoe for 15 years due to feet problems, this time around my style of shoe is on backorder due to factory problems and they don't expect them till 2023....but these guys started calling around to see if they could find it in another store, they did and I should have them by next week.
This shoe store went above and beyond to make sure I could get some new shoes. I really appreciate it.

Gideon was an excellent "Fit Specialist" for both my adult daughter and myself. I have been shopping at this store for a few years for comfortable walking shoes which I can not get anywhere else. Gideon took his time with me to get the right fit even for my wide feet and low arches. This was the first time my daughter walked into the store. She was very impressed with the variety of sizes and styles to accomodate her needs for comfort while standing all day for her job. Her eyes lit up with joy when she put on the best fitting shoes she has ever had in her life! Thank you so much for being patient with us and providing us with several options before we made our final decisions.

This was the fastest shoe shopping I’ve ever done, and it gave the best results! I went in, my feet were scanned, and the first pair brought out were a perfect fit! I have flat feet and I was given a pair of shoes with enough arch support already in place. Gideon was very knowledgeable and accommodating too. I will purchase more shoes from here again!

Great Selection, Great Service.

I needed to replace my 6E shoes on a layover between Guadalajara and Bangkok (you cannot easily find 6E shoes in SE Asia or C/S America/ Mexico). I called them a few days earlier and asked them to hold a couple of types of shoes each for me and my wife. They set aside 4 pairs of shoes for us for a few days and then helped us select the right pair of shoes.

I have been going to this store since past 3 years for Athletic shoes for my entire family. Very courteous customer service. I found exact fitting shoes all the time. They have 45 days retu/exchange policy even after wearing the shoe which is a great feature.
