We had a great experience at this store. They were able to help us out upgrading our phones. My girlfriend has over 4k in pics and videos, so the system transfer was taking too long but the staff there, including Jennifer Lopez (the one from the other block), stepped in and helped us tremendously with the transfer. This crew was amazing. Thank you guys.

I was in yesterday with an unfortunate broken phone, but working with Cody, my bad day turned into a good one. I genuinely have not had a better experience at any store. Cody took care of me and my upgrade to my new phone with such ease and kindness. Everything was very straightforward with him. One of the best people I have met while being in Florida from out of town! THANK YOU.

I recently traded my Z Fold4 for a Z Fold5 and sought the assistance of Anthony G. at the T-Mobile W New Haven, Melbourne location. Transferring all of my data from the old phone was problematic because the it had a serious Bluetooth defect. I presented my problem to Anthony and he gladly accepted the challenge and proceded to overcome Bluetooth obstacles and successfully and completely made the transfer work. Anthony was both highly skilled and relentless in helping me - I could not have done what he did on my own. I realize that this T-Mobile office can be busy at times and one has to wait. In my case, the wait was well worth it. Anthony G. stands out among a group of talented cell phone technicians whose obvious main goal is customer service. T-Mobile and this crew is most HIghly recommended.

We had been to a T-Mobile store on A1A recently and asked the representative to help us with our account balance. She said she couldn't help us and sent us away. So we decided yesterday to go to the T-Mobile store at Hwy 192and Melbourne Mall. A young man named Cody S assisted us. Within short order, he helped us find the information we needed. His manner was welcoming professional. Give him a raise!

Jennifer L. was fantastic, working diligently to port a family members phone number to my account. She was polite and professional, handling all the customer services. Thank you for the great job!!!

There’s a store in West Melbourne on New Haven Ave. that I visited the other day and CSR Ken was totally awesome man!! He had great customer service, and very knowledgeable about all the products in store, which made me comfortable at selecting the perfect phone and perfect phone plan. Thanks, Ken.

Wonderful staff, great experience with t-mobile. Management was very helpful and energizing. Team members have a since of leadership that is inspiring and engaging.

Christian was awesome!! I came in looking to switch my service and get a new phone after having the same 8plus for YEARS. He made it so easy to understand between models and pricing etc and he was very personable! I was surprised at how busy they got but everyone seems to work together so there’s not a long wait for help! We had a lot of laughs throughout the experience so that was a plus. I’ll definitely be going back. The manager Jorge was also really nice!

I drove in at 7 pm and Anthony got me back on the road in minutes. My voice to text was disabled and I had spent hours over weeks with 611. What a blessing to have a distributor w/in driving distance.

I was planning a trip to Europe and my current carrier could not provide service. The employees at this store helped me switch to T Mobile, and things worked out great for me. I was very nervous about leaving my long-time carrier MetroPCS, because they had been good. But now I think T Mobile is the best choice. The overseas calls were only cents per minute, while my friend who uses AT&T had much higher, unaffordable minutes. The data on TM was very fast and reliable, too. I’m totally pleased. I can’t thank the employees enough, especially J-Lo who really put a lot of work because my phone was somehow locked, with no help from Metro, and needed extreme effort to hook up!

T-Mobile great place to get unlimited usage cards while traveling. Reasonable prices you can get cheaper prices if you don’t use unlimited Internet. They do add an extra $10 plus tax on top of the advertise price for the SIM card and for taxi. Very supportive staff with lots of phones for sale and accessories.

Ken Johnson is the best salesperson. I recommend everyone ask for Ken. He was able to help me with everything I needed. Ken is the best! Ask for him and only him.

One thing I can say is the experience I received from arrival to exiting was like no other!! i had the pleasure of working with Ken and he was awesome I can literally remember the whole conversation questions and answers I received clear as day !!! Keep up the great work man !!!
