I’ve had many great experiences with this store. The employees were very friendly, efficient and assisted me throughout my entire shopping experience. The prices are generally really affordable for the quality items you are getting and their sales are amazing. It has been one of my favorite go to spots if I need to get anything that looks good and I know will last me for a long time. The store was always clean, the items were always neatly packed and it was very user friendly. It’s really a nice place to get your shop done.

I called ahead and Ann was the rep that assisted me and she was absolutely phenomenal. I'm very tall so I only buy long/xlong jeans from AE, and sometimes theres a pair or two in my size in-store but normally im steered to the online store for my purchases. Ann went through what they had in stock for jeans my size and the colors I wanted before I even showed up to the mall and she had 3 pairs exactly what I wanted all ready to be tried on, saving me the hassel and dismay of going through all of their selections in search for jeans that may not actually be there. I cant stress how awesome she was, when one pair didnt fit perfectly she went and found another that did. She was super sweet and went way above and beyond. Best shopping experience I've ever had.

Came for back to school shopping. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Maddie helped my daughter, and Angel was super helpful with my son. Breanna was cheerful while checking us out. Very good experience.
